You will find a relaxing living room area off the kitchen with a large sectional and chairs with a gas fireplace, 75-inch Samsung Smart TV with Spectrum TV cable, Netflix, and Sonos. There is an elegant formal dining room as you enter the double front doors on the right side across from the private office which can be used for work. Fast WIFI throughout the house also.

Across from the formal dining room is the private office dedicated workspace which has a 65-inch Samsung Smart TV with Spectrum TV cable and Netflix, entertainment center, comfortable reclining chair, end table, and desk/credenza, multifunctional printer and phone.

There is an elegant sunroom that leads out to the amazing outdoor entertaining area with ample seating. Refreshing inground heated pool, hot tub, Weber barbeque, 2 outdoor heaters, and a large extendable table with chairs on the large back sun deck.

Additional outdoor seating is also available outside and under the front covered porch. Lastly there are 2 half bathrooms on the first floor, one to the right side off the foyer area when you enter from the 4-car temperature controlled garage and one located in between the living room and office.

Upon walking upstairs to the 2nd floor there are a total of 9 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 1 laundry room, and 1 linen closet. Each bedroom has a closet with both hangers and a laundry bin for your use during your stay. There is a built in house fan system to cool the house which you can access the fan console located next to the Nest thermostat in the hallway on the 2nd floor.

The master bedroom private suite has a king size bed and matching bedroom set, additional seating, and kitchenette area. There is a 65-inch Samsung Smart TV with Spectrum cable, Sonos, Alexa, and phone in the master suite. In addition, the master bedroom has a small kitchenette and wet bar area. As you enter the master bathroom there is a double vanity followed by a jetted jacuzzi tub and a separate walk-in double-headed rain shower with glass shower enclosure. Lastly there is a large walk-in closet in the master bathroom.

There are 8 more bedrooms on the 2nd floor, The bedroom passed the master bedroom at the end of the hallway on the right side also has a 65-inch Samsung Smart TV with Spectrum cable TV and streaming services including Peacock, Hulu, Amazon, and Netflix

There are 3 other full bathrooms on the 2nd floor. There is also a separate laundry room with a free Samsung washer and free Samsung dryer for your use during your entire stay!

Summer track season time (July-early September) rentals are currently set at a minimum of 2-3 nights in 2026

Hot tub is open year round. Pool is open by mid/late April until mid/late October. Pool heater will be turned off late June until late August
