The pool reaches approximately 9 feet at its deepest point.

Pool heating is available from November through April for an additional $25 per day.

Three Comfortable Bedrooms

Our three spacious bedrooms feature comfortable bedding, wall-mounted TVs, generous closet space, fresh linens, and extra blankets.

Primary Bedroom: Adjustable queen-size electric bed, full-over-twin bunk bed, large TV, and renovated en-suite bathroom.

Second Bedroom: King-size bed, ceiling fan, wall-mounted TV, spacious closet, and bookshelf.

Third Bedroom: Queen-size bed, ceiling fan, wall-mounted TV, spacious closet, and reading materials.

The home accommodates a maximum of 8 registered guests, including children.

3.5 Bathrooms

With three full bathrooms and one half bathroom, everyone has plenty of space and convenience.

The spacious primary bathroom features a glass-enclosed shower with a bench, double sinks, illuminated mirrors, and a Bluetooth speaker.

Another bathroom offers a bathtub and shower combination, while the air-conditioned bathroom near the outdoor area provides convenient access from the pool.

Fresh towels, washcloths, and beach essentials are provided.

Two Living Areas — Room for Everyone

The main living room features comfortable sofas, a chaise lounge, an electric fireplace, and a large 75-inch smart TV.

A second living area offers additional seating, a sofa bed, another wall-mounted TV, and a selection of board games.

With multiple living spaces, families and friends can spend time together while still enjoying room to relax.

Fully Equipped Kitchen & Thoughtful Extras

Whether you’re preparing breakfast or a family dinner, our kitchen has everything you need.

You’ll find updated appliances, cookware, dinnerware, and convenient extras including:

* Popcorn machine
* Essential cooking supplies

We also provide a selection of breakfast essentials, such as coffee, bread, butter, jams, and honey, to help you settle into your vacation.

The large indoor dining table seats up to eight guests, and a washer and dryer are available for your convenience.

Gulf Gate Village, local restaurants, supermarkets, farmers markets, and attractions such as Mote SEA Aquarium are all within convenient driving distance.

From morning coffee and breakfast treats to fresh linens, beach essentials, and comfortable gathering spaces, we’ve tried to think of the little details that make your stay special.

We’re always happy to share local recommendations or help with questions, while respecting your privacy and allowing you to enjoy a relaxing, stress-free vacation.

Guest Access

Guests enjoy private access to the entire home, swimming pool, backyard, and outdoor entertainment areas, except for locked utility and maintenance closets.

Good to Know Before Booking

Maximum Occupancy: Strictly limited to 8 registered guests, including children. Parties, events, and unregistered visitors are not permitted.

Pool Heating: Available seasonally from November through April for an additional fee of $25 per day. Pool temperature may vary depending on weather conditions.

Pool Maintenance: Professional pool cleaning is performed once a week, usually on Wednesdays around noon. Service takes place entirely outdoors and does not require access to the house. Scheduling may occasionally vary.

Pool Equipment: The circulation system runs automatically from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Please do not adjust the equipment. Due to surrounding trees, occasional leaves in the pool are normal.

Lawn Maintenance: Routine outdoor landscaping may take place during your stay without requiring access to the interior.

Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors and the peaceful residential setting.

Noise Monitoring: For transparency, the property is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring device. It measures sound levels without recording audio or conversations. Excessive noise may trigger a notification requesting that sound levels be reduced. Tampering with the device is not permitted.
