Home Features:
- Comfort: Three bedrooms with plush Sealy mattresses. The master suite has a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The 50` Roku TV in the master features Guest Mode for seamless app management.
- Sleeping Arrangements: The second bedroom has a queen bed and ample storage. The third bedroom offers two twin beds. The house sleeps 6 comfortably, with an air mattress available for up to 2 more guests upon request.
- Bathrooms: A second bathroom with shower/tub combo, stocked with premium toiletries and essentials.
- Living Areas: Enjoy the front living room with a new sectional sofa and 70` Roku TV with Guest Mode. The adjacent dining area seats six and is near a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and a breakfast bar with four seats.
- Entertainment: Relax in the rear Florida room with a 65` Roku TV, or take advantage of the pool area with noodles, floats, sun loungers, and a six-person dining set. A propane BBQ is also provided.

Outdoor Fun:
- Boat Dock & Kayaks: Access the dock and kayaks from the pool area. Note that swimming in the creek is prohibited due to alligators, but you might spot manatees. Kayak use requires signing a Liability Waiver.

Pet Policy:
- Pets: One hypoallergenic pet under 50 lbs is welcome for a $199 fee. Please keep pets off furniture and beds and crate them when you`re away.

Starter Pack & Beach Gear:
- Convenience: A Starter Pack includes trash bags, paper towels, and other essentials. Beach gear provided includes chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and a cart.

By booking Shore Beats Work, you confirm that you have read, understood the rules listed below and you acknowledge that you may incur a fine if any of the rules below are violated.

| We allow non-shedding, hypoallergenic dogs only. If you are bringing a service animal, we do require documentation upon booking.

| Smoking is permitted outside only. Please throw away the butts.

| Swimming in Phillippi Creek is NOT permitted. There are alligators.

| It is against the law to feed alligators.

| A waiver is required to use the kayaks and boat dock. Must be filled out and received prior to arrival. Once received lock codes will be sent.

| Please disclose if bringing an RV or boat trailer upon booking.

| There is a $500 fine for undisclosed pets (service pets with documentation excluded)

| If the guests do not pick up dog waste there will be a fee of $50 that will be charged.

| Please crate your pets when you are not at the house. If a crate is needed, please advise and we will provide one for you.

| We require valid govt id for each guest at booking.

| We have a strict nonsmoking policy inside the home.

| There is a $3,000 fine for smoke inside the home

| No loud music or noise is allowed past 10pm and please be courteous to the neighbors on either side and across the creek.

| Any gatherings over the approved guests have to be discussed and approved prior to booking.
