You will feel right at home in a beautifully furnished space featuring warm, thoughtfully selected décor.

★Kitchen:
Enjoy an open kitchen featuring quartz countertops and everything you need to feel at home.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with a stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, French press coffee maker, wine cooler and more—perfect for preparing anything from your morning coffee to a home-cooked meal.
Trash bags are provided to start you off.

Through the breakfast nook, you will find the dining area that comfortably seats 6.
Breakfast Bar seats 3.

Rest and recharge in three comfortable, thoughtfully furnished bedrooms.

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, bedside tables with lamps, closet space, and a private ensuite bathroom.
The 1st guest bedroom features a king-size bed, bedside table with lamp, Smart TV, and closet space for your belongings.
The 2nd guest bedroom offers 2 twin beds, complete with bedside tables and lamps. Please note that the closet is reserved for the owners; however, a large open shelving unit is available for guests to store their belongings.

★Bathrooms:
Master: ensuite with a sink with vanity space, and an elegant walk-in shower.
The guest bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway between the two guest bedrooms and features a tub/shower combination, along with a vanity and storage space.

★ Outdoor Space:
Step through the sliding doors from the living room onto the covered patio, which opens to a spacious, fully fenced backyard—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Florida weather.
The covered patio features a comfortable cushioned loveseat and an outdoor dining table with seating for four, ideal for morning coffee or al fresco meals.
Out in the backyard, two lounge chairs provide an additional spot to sit back, unwind, and soak up the Florida sunshine.
A propane BBQ grill is available for guests to enjoy. We kindly ask that you clean the grill after each use.
