There is an HOA application that needs to be completed for guests. This requires a photo of a drivers license and a $150 HOA fee. The HOA requires a 7 night stay. This unit is DTWN zoned by the City of Sarasota. A rental agreement is required to be signed after booking and prior to check-in. By booking, you acknowledge that you will be required to complete and sign the rental agreement.
