Guests have access to entire house except owner’s cabinet.During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home, including the pool, outdoor bar, arcade room, multi-game table, Peloton, and outdoor shower.



Other Things to Note:

1. Heated pool feature is available for extra $35/night (recommended between the months of Oct to May). If you decide to heat the pool during your stay, it will be heated to a very comfortable temperature of 88 degrees if added to your reservation. The heater runs from 8am - 8pm. Please note, the temperature can vary depending on the outdoor temperature (it may not reach peak temperature on colder days)

• Breed restrictions apply due to our insurance policy.

- No aggressive breeds allowed. A maximum of 2 dogs, weighing up to 50 lbs each, is permitted.

- No exotic or dangerous animals are allowed.

- No pets with a history of biting are permitted on the property.

The large vacant lot behind the property is not available for guest or pet use as a dog run. It opens toward the neighbor’s pool and backyard, so please do not enter or use this area.



3. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a starter pack of essentials, including:



1 paper towel roll

2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom

3 dish pods

3 laundry pods

3 trash bags

1 new sponge

Coffee: 5 K-cups or 2 bags of ground coffee

Shampoo, body wash and conditioner are included!
