The BEST place we have stayed yet while visiting the area. Billy, the host, was amazing in every way; fast check-in, informative, responsive, and very knowledgeable about the area. Our place was exactly as described, very clean, and stocked with all necessities for a great stay.We will Be Back!!!

Theresa and John were amazing hosts! Easy check in, comfy king size bed and the back patio was so beautiful, with pool and lounge chairs and lovely palm trees. We enjoyed our time there so much and will book here again!

My wife and I really enjoyed our weekend stay at this cozy, clean and charming room! The canal setting was incredibly serene and the large screened in porch, pool and outdoor kitchen and living areas were an added bonus! Theresa & John were exceptional hosts and made the check-in/out processes very covenient and extremely easy. We highly recommend this rental unit to anyone! Randy & Sona

My wife and I loved our stay! Very nice location, accommodations, pleasant hosts! Note, while you have your privacy, it is a room inside a house, which is connected physically to the rest of the house, but separated by a locked/baracaded (?) door. This didn't bother us, but we didn't realize this at booking, and can understand this may be a situation for others. Also, they do have a dog, which is another potential factor. Overall, if you're comfortable with those things, you'll love your stay!

The king size bed was comfortable and the closet was huge. The bathroom was modern and had a new walk-in shower that was comfortable. The screened-in patio was large and the view was spectacular.

We had the best stay at John and Theresa’s place! They were incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The property had everything we could have asked for including kayaks, a pool, beach chairs and an umbrella, and bikes, all of which we loved using throughout our stay. The location was perfect and close to everything, making it easy to explore! Can’t forget Shadow, the sweetest and friendliest dog who made our stay even more special!We truly did not want to leave. Highly recommend staying here and we would absolutely come back!

The location was great! Right on the water and close to the beaches. Theresa and John were wonderful hosts and we enjoyed their sweet dog, Shadow. The bed was comfortable and there were all the needed amenities in the lovely bathroom. We enjoyed the outside Tiki kitchen and loved sitting on the couch on the lani looking out on the river. A special highlight was using the kayaks to explore the nearby mangroves and some of the Intracoastal Waterway. It was a relaxing time and we would love to return here when we are back in the area.

We had great communication with the owner - she was very accommodating to let us arrive early so we could freshen up before jumping back in car to visit family in another town. However, when we arrived, we were surprised that the rental was just two rooms (bedroom and bathroom); basically a house-sharing situation with the owner and her husband. The pictures of the listing looked nice, but the bedroom and bathroom are the only 'private' spaces available to a renter. Pool and outdoor living space is part of the rental but not really private. We chose not to stay and forfeited one night rent.

The hosts seemed friendly but the space was not what was advertised. I feel like if we were aware that we were in a room that was only separated by one door into someone’s house we probably would’ve chose somewhere else. it was advertised like a hotel with rooms and it is just a guest bedroom in their house. They had dogs that would bark constantly at any slight noise being made. Not very peaceful. We didn’t feel like we had much privacy at all. They would invite friends over and be loud while we were trying to relax. No breakfast was served. Definitely would not come back.

The place was very cute with lots of outdoor space to enjoy sun and fun. Loved the location as it was close to the beach and shopping. Teresa provided all that we needed. Great stay!
