The Space:

This vacation rental home in Sarasota offers a total of 5 bedrooms, 4 of which boast an ensuite bath, offering you plenty of space for large families or groups.



When you pull up to the home, you will find plenty of space for parking in the 2-car garage and the driveway, which together can easily accommodate 4-5 vehicles. There is an additional bay in the garage equipped with a 6-seater golf cart for your use.



As you walk into the house, you'll enter a striking double-height foyer. To the right of the foyer is a bedroom outfitted with a king bed and ensuite full bath. To the right is an additional bedroom, a powder room, and a large laundry room. Pass through the foyer to enter the great room which boasts a large dining nook, luxury kitchen, and cozy living room with an electric fireplace. A dramatic wall of sliding glass doors allows for true indoor-outdoor living with an outdoor lounge and kitchen, small heated pool (max. occupancy 10), putting green, and fire pit, along with a conveniently located half bath accessible from the patio. Completing the first floor is an expansive primary suite with a king-sized bed and spa-like bathroom, a work area with desk, and a reading nook overlooking the backyard.



Back inside, step upstairs to bedrooms four and five, connected by a small loft and kitchenette - the perfect place for upstairs guests to store snacks and drinks for midnight cravings!



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, including the backyard and patio space for relaxing and outdoor activities. There are two parking spots in the garage and an additional 3-4 in the driveway, along with a golf cart for guest use. The home is equipped with a smart lock for easy self check-in.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
