The home was in a very nice area . It was large and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. Accessibility to local beaches was easy. Walking distance to a cute village . Inside of home was accurate . That being said the patio and pool area are NOT as pictured . There are lovely trees in the back but it appears roots are causing problems the bricks are coming up and making sunken areas and not level . The pool is surrounded by the same very tricky walking or running for anyone . Uneven concrete everywhere. Pool was cloudy and losing water for most of our trip, filter was not working great gurgles with intermittent water exchange , we arrived on a Friday and were told pool gets cleaned Wednesdays. We asked for resolution right away and Valarie did respond and sent her husband over . He said just pollen, the debris is from the tree , pool guy comes Wednesday ! We know better we are pool owners for 35 years in a yard with trees, pollen and sunscreen are not an issue for proper chemicals and cleaning and working pump and filter . Pool guy did finally come Wednesday , we were not there , arrived back home to a pool with hose still running close to over flowing . Pool was then clean but we were leaving early a.m. Saturday would have been nice to have addressed day of arrival when our request was made .There was blood on bedding in upper bunk , missed when cleaned . Valarie was responsive but we felt tricked about the pool.
