Slow down enjoy this Cozy Beach Cottage steps from Lido Beach and St Armand's Circle.

This comfortably decorated home has just been updated with new linens, cookware, 55' Smart Bluetooth TV, BBQ grill and more. The backyard has a fun tiki bar, outdoor dining set, fire ring, hammock and is fenced for dogs.

Beach towels, rolling cooler and chairs are provided for a day at the beach accessed by the adjacent path. Someone said " it takes less time to walk from the house to the sand than it does to walk from the beginning of the sand to the water"
Yep....you are that close!
The beach access is next to the side yard. Walk out....turn left....cross the street and you are on the sand :)
Cruiser bikes are provided for touring around Lido key!!

Both the living room and family room are great for conversation and the dining table comfortably seats 6.

This home is 3 bedrooms / 2 baths
The master bedroom has a luxurious Beauty-Rest Black Series king bed while the second bedroom is a queen. Both share the Jack and Jill bath.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need. A laundry room / office space completes the home.

The 3rd bedroom is wonderfully private with bath, queen bed, sitting area including a couch, chair and TV. There is also an office with a work space desk, counter top with coffee station, bar sink and mini fridge. The suite can be accessed either through the main home off the living room or through an exterior door..
It perfect for family, guests or friends that need a little extra space and privacy.
Our family loves the setup!!

The back yard of the suite is under the shade of a large tree and has an outdoor shower, and table & chairs for morning coffee or afternoon wine :)

Parking for up to 3 cars in tandem is available on the left side of the driveway.

The beach access is adjacent to the side yard. Walk out....turn left....cross the street and you are on the sand :)

Pets are allowed with owner approval. Dogs only...unfortunately no cats.

If an entire week is not in your vacation schedule please email me.......I can accommodate nights needed then block the calendar for a total of 7 nights to comply with Lido Beach rules!

There is a completely independent unit upstairs that is also on VRBO #2389948. It would be a perfect addition rented together with the cottage for a larger family that needs 4 bedrooms and a little extra room.

We stayed at Lisa's Beach Cottage for a nice long weekend last weekend and it was great! The house was great and stocked with everything we needed. Lisa is a great communicator....starting with booking, while we were there and on our departure. The location was perfect....we walked to the beach and to dinner each night and love the fenced-in backyard and firepit for evening cocktails. Will definitely return!! Thank you, Lisa!

We absolutely loved everything about this beach cottage! From the moment we arrived, it felt like the perfect getaway. The location couldn’t be better—just about 100 steps from the beach, which made it so easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated how well-stocked the cottage was with beach chairs, umbrellas, and all the kitchenware we needed.The outdoor space was a dream—the fire pit, tiki bar, and hammock made evenings so relaxing and fun. It truly felt like we had our own little piece of paradise. This cottage had everything we could have hoped for and more. We can’t wait to come back! The Bikes we so fun too - loved it all

This little cottage was perfect for our stay. My teens enjoyed their little private suite and the house had everything we needed and was well taken care of. Lisa was responsive and helpful with anything we needed as well. We definitely plan to return.

Perfect Location, Great vibe

Thank you for listing your property on VRBO. The house was great - more than expected in terms of amenities, beach gear and location. A great place for short walks, but easy to get in and out of downtown as well. We had a wonderful visit to Lido Beach and the surrounding areas.

Location!!!!

Wonderful stay. Location cannot be beat, just a five minute walk to shops and restaurants in St. Armand’s and beach is just right across the street. House is next to public beach access point, but not crowded because there’s not an any parking at that access. House is older, but it was comfy, clean, adorably decorated, and you aren’t there for the house anyway. Plenty of space for us and four college age girls. House is stocked with anything you may need, including all beach supplies. Would 100% stay again. Host was super responsive and accommodating.

Nothing short of AMAZING!

From the start communication was stellar! Needs anticipated and we could want for nothing. Everything about this happy house was simply perfect for our annual Lido Vacation. An absolute pleasure to simply relax and enjoy this beautiful home with plenty of room for us to enjoy work and living space as needed. And the outdoor space is phenomenal to boot! Cozy Beach Cottage

Comfortable stay on Lido Key

Great location on Lido Key with the public beach access right next to the property. The Charming Cottage was well stocked and comfortable. This is a quiet neighborhood making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We are very happy that we were able to bring our dog because she always travels with us. We would book this cottage again, because Sarasota's Lido Key is a great destination to get away to.

Beautiful house and location. Wonderful host....Gem!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here! We previously stayed in the upstairs unit and loved both trips. The house was super clean and well equipped with everything you can possibly think of from full kitchen, to laundry room, to fun backyard with grill and bar. If you have a dog, there are plenty of fluffy beds and toys all over the cottage. The garage has everything you would need for a fun beach day: beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, cooler, bikes, etc. The cottage location is perfect! It's about a 1 minute walk to the beach and about 5-10 minute walk to St. Armand's Circle, where you can find tons of places to eat and shop. Lisa is an amazing host! She is very attentive, friendly and personable. She quickly answered any questions we had and went out of her way to make sure we had a lovely stay. Everything was perfect! We loved out stay and will definitely return. Highly recommend staying here!

What a cute house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Lido! The location is everything you'd hope for when staying in the area: an easy walk to absolutely everything. Early morning walks all the way around St. Armands Circle with the pups was a joy: cool breeze, very few people other than other dog walkers! The house itself is very small, but you have everything you need. The internet/cable is a little frustrating as it's streaming, making local/national news tough to watch without constant interruption. We just used our laptop for those things instead! All in all, I would recommend this beach cottage for the incredible location and charm.

Charming home away from home

Beautifully appointed charming home just a short walk to the beach. There are bikes and everything you might need for a day at the beach in the garage. Inside, the house is clean with all kinds of creature comforts provided such as a powerful hair dryer, makeup mirror, hangers, excellent coffee maker…. Everything you need. Highly recommend!!!

What a great find - fab classic FL home

Property was great Exactly as advertised but more spacious and private than shown in pictures. We had a 92 Mother with us and the adjoining Jack/Jill bathroom worked really well for us. In addition the separate wing for our younger family was wonderful for all. Location is perfect walkable to beach and st Armand’s Bikes provided gave aces all over key. Lisa as very easy to work with and very. responsive. Totally recommend this place.

Charming beach cottage

We loved our stay! The cottage was clean, well stocked with essentials/ paper products. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and could have cooked great dinners with the ample supply of cookware. There was even an air fryer. It is a close walk to the beach and St Armand’s. We were really appreciative of the supply of beach chairs, umbrella and beach wagon to haul the things to the beach. Such a great place to stay!

Mom's getaway with family!

I planned this getaway for my mother's 84th birthday. We invited family who live in the area to visit and it was spectacular! My mother thought it looked like her homeland because of the hammocks and garden! She has dementia and I wanted it to be memorable because she gets testy in her age and is not easily pleased! I will return with my faiy again..worse every penny and Lisa, the manager was amazing..PS..that's my youngest sister's name, my mother's favorite!

Just returned from a wonderful stay at Elise’s cottage on Lido Key. She was really easy to work with and communicated well with us. The house is really fun and had plenty of room to spread out. The back yard living area was really fun as well. The location was an easy walk to the beach and restaurants/shopping. Would definitely recommend.
