Adorable townhouse just minutes from Anna Maria Island! This 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath is fully furnished and ready to be your home away from home. This townhouse has the main living area and 1/2 bath on ground level and the bedrooms and main bath are upstairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed and guest bedroom has a queen and a twin. The living room is comfortably furnished and opens up to the outside patio area and pool area.
The kitchen is newly remodeled with stainless steel appliances and fully equipped. The utility room has a full-size washer and dryer.

Enjoy tanning and family fun in the large swimming pool. There are docking facilities that lead out to Palma Sola Bay and the Intracoastal Waterway.

review

Overall the unit was clean and updated. One thing of note is that the thermostat was set to 80 when we arrived at 10pm so it took most of the night to get the temperature down to a comfortable level in upstairs bedrooms. The table lights in the bedroom of the queen bed didn't work even when trying other outlets. The TV in the double bed bedroom was unusable as it couldn't accept a signal after multiple attempts to get it to work messing around with the ports. The deadbolt on the front door was unusable when attempting to use the key to lock/unlock. One of the sliding glass doors remained ajar the entire week which really needs to be fixed if for nothing else safety. It was noted to not use and we didn't use it. Overall, the stay was relaxing and appreciated as all of the updates were very nice to see and experience. But for future guests, my concerns listed above should be addressed.

Beach family vacation

Overall a great stay. Location is very busy with a lot of traffic. Check in was a bit of a pain having to go on the island to the realty office to pick up keys. We brought a boat with us and had a hard time getting in and out of parking lot on such a busy road. Was unable to park boat trailer on property had to rent a spot at a storage facility $100 for 2 weeks, other tenants in other units had trailers parked. Pool was nice and heated. Bring bug spray no see ums and mosquitos were bad. The inside of the unit was nice and clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Roku tv was nice especially with 2 teenagers. Couch and chairs were comfy and accommodated all 4 of us comfortably. Only thing I could say that was bad was the beds. King bed sat very low to the ground and was saggy on one side. Other 2 beds seemed a little cheap compared to the rest of the house. Overall a great time with the family. It was very nice being able to dock our boat and the boat ramp was less than 1/4 mile away.

Great Location and Price

This property is in a great location close to all the shops and minutes from the beach. Enjoyed the pool with the kids. Quiet neighbors. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had every utensil you could think of needing. The cleanliness was not great not to consider during covid. Bugs and cobb webs in the corners of the floor, dirty dishes in the dishwasher and dishes out drying on the counter, shelves a little dusty , etc. Definitely not sanitized. Family still enjoyed the week and we would be willing to come back.

Perfect for our family with 3 young children

We had a nice stay! Property is close driving proximity to popular points of interest while providing space to relax from the hustle. We used the pool on multiple occasions and were usually the only ones in there with a few exceptions of another group or two. We arrived around 3:30 but had to wait until cleaning person finished. Was told we could check in at 4 but she didn’t finish until after 4:30 so we were left waiting outside. As previous review suggests, a lockbox on the property would be nice as driving out of the way to pick up and drop off keys takes time and planning due to traffic. We noticed at 8 pm that we didn’t have hot water so called the 24/7 line without any luck. Tried again a second time and was told someone would contact us back, I did tell them that we had a busy day and were leaving early in hopes someone could help. Someone did call back at 9 am the next day and the owner was able to fix the hot water tank while we were out. We made do with washing up in cold water but was a bit frustrating. All in all, we would recommend staying here. Our children had a wonderful time and we appreciate using the property. Thank you!

Nice property. Okay location

The apartment is newly renovated, right next to the pool. It’s well furnished with a comfortable bed and nice shower. The location has its ups and downs. It’s relatively close to a busy causeway and kind of in between cities, which are the negatives. The positive is that it’s right next to some very nice preserves that you might not find if you were on the island. I rated the check in experience low bc you have to drive about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic to pick up / drop off keys.
