« This one is really hard for me to rate, communication at first was great! Very informative & helpful, however, when I asked for the laundry room key, I was asked if I needed to do laundry, I said yes, I have kids staying with us, we don’t like to travel home with dirty clothes. « The room was very very Small and no hot water at all. Guest don't care about others sleeping...even at midnight still talking very loud and slam doors. Hotel is blasting loud music in the restaurant at 5-6 am what the hell ?! People are sleeping to take a flight. The only good thing is the pool. The hotel is not very good with 2 friendly dogs that are coming sometime to have some cuddle or little bit of food ! Be gentle with them geez ! »
