House with 2 bedrooms, one suite, cottage, living room, kitchen, bathroom, terrace, garden with lawn and shower, a parking space located 20 meters from the beach (Note: in front of the house it is possible to park two more cars - Street).

Accommodations: 2 bedrooms, one of which is a farmhouse suite, living room, kitchen, bathroom, terrace and garden.

The living room has cable TV, sofa bed, 2 individual armchairs, 2 stools, dining table.

The suite is equipped with TV, DVD and wall fan, built-in cabinet with coat rack and drawer.

On the terrace there is a fixed table with mosaic, points for installing up to 3 sleeping nets, a round PVC table with 6 chairs.

The kitchen has: new refrigerator, stove, microwave, electric oven, newly installed cupboards, utensils and kitchen.

The living room has: sofa bed, two individual sofas, 2 stools, coffee table, cable TV, dining table.

In the garden there is a beautiful lawn and shower.

Beach accessories: 8 VIP chairs, 2 parasols, 2 aluminum tables, one of which can be used as a cart.

Terrace accessories: 2 sleeping hammocks, PVC table with 6 chairs and barbecue accessories.

Leisure: grassy garden with shower.

Capacity: for up to 8 (eight) people, being possible an additional person with payment of extra fee.

Landmarks: located 7 km from Maresias beach and 14 km from the center of São Sebastião. At the entrance of Toque Toque, on the highway, you can see the beautiful waterfall of Toque Toque.

Capacity: the house has 3 double beds, one double bed allocated in the master suite and the other two are arranged in a bunk bed installed in the bedroom together with the single bunk bed. And a sofa bed is available in the living room.

Availability: the lease covers the entire period of the year, high season is comprised of the months of July, December, January and February, and also the National, State and Municipal holidays in São Paulo; and the low season is comprised of the other months of the year.

For New Year's Eve the reserve must be 10 days and for Carnival 5 (five) days.

Check-in time: from 6 pm

Check-out time: 6 pm with 4 (four) hours of tolerance.

* On weekends the minimum rental is 2 (two) days.
