The Space:

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by the inviting living room featuring a comfortable sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. The adjacent kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and complete dinnerware. From the living room, step out onto the screened balcony for a breath of fresh air, and conveniently located nearby is a bathroom for your comfort and convenience.



Upstairs, the bedroom awaits with a spacious king-size bed, complemented by a desk and chair. The bathroom on this level offers a luxurious experience with its walk-in rainfall shower.

The Neighborhood:

Jardins is one of the wealthiest neighborhoods of the entire city, and one of the best residential locations in town. Within Jardins you'll find Jardim Paulista, Jardim América, Jardim Europa and Jardim Paulistano, which extend southwest from the high rises of the famous Avenida Paulista. Jardins is dotted with a great variety of famous restaurants, beautiful cafés and high end boutiques. It's one of the nicest areas to walk around and explore on a sunny day. Unless you have a specific site to visit elsewhere, there really is little reason to leave.



Getting Around:

São Paulo's public transport system is fully integrated and you can use the Single Ticket to pay for CPTM buses, minibuses, subways and trains. With it, it is possible to make up to 4 bus trips in the period of three hours or use the metro and the train, within two hours, paying only the complement of the integration. Among the public transport options, the most practical, efficient, fast and comfortable is the subway. São Paulo currently has 5 metro lines in operation. Taxi / Uber is a very common means of transportation in São Paulo. The city has been undergoing constant adaptation works for the implementation of bicycle paths, where it is possible to rent bicycles.
