• In order to ensure compliance with the regulations in force on the public safety of the condominium, this establishment requires Online Check-in through its own channel, which may ask the tourist for an image of the identity document and/or a photograph. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the LGPD (General Data Protection Law). In this sense, the necessary measures will be taken to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.

• Online Check-in must be done by 1:00 pm on the day of check-in, except for reservations made on the same day, where it must be completed immediately after booking.

• No strangers are allowed into the building. Only guests with Online Check-in completed will be able to visit the property.

• For early check-in or extended check-out, we charge a fee of 70% of the daily rate (subject to availability)

•Smoking is prohibited! There is no problem smoking in the street, but I ask you not to smoke in the apartment, not even at the window. Failure to comply will generate professional cleaning costs and the daily costs necessary to perform the service.

• PETS (if the property is accepted) - We love pets, but to keep the apt. always clean, we charge a pet fee of 40 reais per day.

• Any damage to the PROPERTY, TROUBLES, FURNITURE AND OBJECTS will be charged the value of the damaged items plus 20% for operating expenses. E.g. freight



The guest is subject to the rules and fines of the condominium.





• Respect the quiet time (22:00 to 8:00)!

• Walk through the common areas of the building in bathing suits, pajamas, underwear and shirtless.

• Throw any type of object through windows and/or balconies.

• Deposit garbage in the corridors and stairs of the building or outside the indicated baskets and bins.

• Hanging clothes and towels on the balcony and/or hanging them on windows and chairs.

• The use of sound equipment or instruments that disturb, as well as loud conversations, shouts or verbiage that threaten tranquility or cause embarrassment to other residents.

• Failure to comply with the above rules may result in fines.
