Our check-in starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 9:00 PM. For now, we are unable to make any exceptions to the check-in times.

We are located right in front of the ocean—just cross the street.

The apartment features one bedroom (suite) furnished with a king-size bed and a living room with a sofa bed. You can enjoy a balcony with a beautiful sea view and watch the sunset.

We provide linens for the double bed and towels for 2 guests. For stays up to 6 nights, there is no linen change. For stays longer than 7 nights, please request a linen change 48 hours in advance from the host. For 3 or 4 guests, please bring a double-size sheet for the sofa bed (preferably without elastic) and a single sheet for the mattress. Don’t forget bath and face towels for 3 or 4 guests. Please also bring your own beach towels and sarong for sunbathing.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a two-burner electric cooktop, basic pots and household utensils, ideal for small meals. A microwave and minibar are available.

A vacuum cleaner, iron, and hairdryer are available for use.

Parking is within the condominium, has valet service, is secure, and is paid separately directly to Orlapark. You may enter and exit at any time, 24 hours a day.

The building is located in the best and safest neighborhood in the city, facing the ocean. It offers 24-hour concierge, easy check-in with the reception team, pool, and gym. There is also a self-service laundromat within the condominium complex (Bubble Box Santos), available for an additional fee.

**PET FRIENDLY:** We accept 1 small pet per reservation, as long as they are accustomed to using the appropriate area for their needs.

There is an additional fee of R$150.00, which should be included in the number of guests.

Important: dogs that bark or become agitated when left alone should not be left unattended in the apartment. We hope you and your pet enjoy your stay!

The building has its own parking lot with valet service, is insured, and payment is separate. You can enter and leave at any time, 24 hours a day. Guests have access to all leisure facilities in the building, including the pool and gym. Important: Download the app for your booking platform on your phone and enable notifications. After making your reservation, watch for messages sent directly through the chat on the app. All essential information for your stay—such as address, codes, and instructions—will be provided there. We strongly recommend that you have the app installed and notifications enabled to ensure you do not miss any communication. We understand that your pet is part of the family. We are pleased to inform you that we accept one small pet per booking, as long as they are trained to use a designated area for their needs. Please note there is an additional charge for bringing your furry friend, so add your pet to the number of guests. We hope both you and your pet enjoy your stay in our space.
