« My teen daughter and I stayed here for a week in July of 2017. The staff was very understanding and helpful with our limited knowledge of Spanish. Once they found out that my daughter was going into her third year of Spanish, they slowed down and simplified the language. But, if she didn't know a word in Spanish then they would say the word in English and again in Spanish so she could learn. By day 3, she could carry on a conversation with them!
