Our apartment in Ñuñoa is the perfect choice. Enjoy a spacious coworking lounge, keep up with your workout routine in our gym, or simply relax by the pool. Host a barbecue with friends or family (for an additional cost) and create unforgettable memories. Our location allows you to explore the charms of Barrio Italia and enjoy Santiago’s vibrant nightlife.



The Space:

During your visit, you will have access to enjoy all areas of the apartment, complete bedroom with bed, clean sheets, and fresh towels, fully equipped kitchen with basic utensils, pots, pans, glasses, cups, and plates, refrigerator, toaster, and kettle so you can prepare your meals and snacks whenever you like. Enjoy total privacy in our apartment.



The swimming pool is open for use during the following season: November 4th to March 14th. Operating hours are from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Santiago is a vibrant city with an extensive public transportation network, making it easy to explore and enjoy everything the city has to offer. Here are some options for getting around:



Public Transport:



Metro: The Santiago Metro is one of the most efficient ways to get around the city. The metro operates from 6 AM to 11 PM on weekdays and from 8 AM to 11 PM on weekends and holidays.

Buses: Santiago’s bus system, known as RED Transantiago, complements the metro network. The buses run frequently, and you can use the same Bip! card for both metro and buses.
