The Condo is equipped with AC, Wifi, washer to make your stay comfortable. You can always enjoy using the gym, pool and the kids park. Our apartment is less than 15 min away from restaurants, nightclubs and bars.

A great location for you to discover Santiago in Cerro Alto and feel what is like to live like a local. We look forward to hosting you.
The space
The space is a 3 bedroom apartment with Air Conditioners in every bedroom. Everything is brand new in the Condo.

The kitchen has all basic cooking utensils and some more. Wifi connection is stable and reliable. There is also back up water storage and an electrical inverter just in case electricity goes out.

The community has 24 hour security and is very safe. 1 assigned parking space is provided. The location is mostly 10-15 minutes of center city

Other things to note
• Check out time is at 11am. Late check out with no prior approval will have an additional cost.
12pm-1pm = $25 US.
1pm-3pm= $35 US.
Passed 3pm= 1 night fee

• While we are not a hotel we try to address any issues at our earliest convenience. We do not provide 24 hour assistance. We provide virtual support via text, email or phone 📱.

• For reservations 10 days or more only $1,500 DOP is included for electricity consumption, if exceeded it is guest responsibility. This is due to high cost of electricity.

• The pool, gym and kids park are available only a 2 min walk from apartment except MONDAYS and some major holidays where pool is closed for routine maintenance. Pool hours are 10am- 6pm. The recreational areas are located in the same community. We own the Condo we do not control pool and recreational areas.
