Very Disappointing Experience â Poor Communication and Unfulfilled Promises
My experience was extremely disappointing. Communication was poor from the start. The location was very difficult to find, and upon arrival, the security staff had no information about our booking. We tried calling the person in charge multiple times, but he never answered. Even the security guard attempted to contact him with no success.
Despite showing the booking details to security, we were left waiting at the gate for three hours. As newcomers to the country with no local contacts, this was incredibly stressful. Eventually, we had no choice but to book a room at the Marriott hotel, which cost us $395 for just one night.
Later, when we called the number again, someone finally answered. I asked why we hadnât received the room number, gate code, or key information. He falsely claimed he had sent it via WhatsApp. When I asked for proof, he admitted he hadnât actually sent anything and apologized for not answering the phone. He promised a $100 refund, which we never received.
When we finally did see the property, it was in poor condition:

âą The place had a strong, unpleasant odor
âą The bed had hair all over it from a previous guest
âą Overall, it was unhygienic and not welcoming
I absolutely do not recommend this place. The experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and a waste of time and money.
