« The apartment was not properly cleaned. There was an opened water bottle in the fridge with salt in it, clearly used and left for a new guest, lack of attention to detail and hygiene. I had tried to cancel earlier but couldn’t, so I confirmed with the host to proceed. Later, they called saying they would keep our belongings due to a misunderstanding with Expedia, which was very unprofessional. Overall, a terrible experience. I would not return or recommend. »
