The house is surrounded by nature, nestled in a truly tranquil landscape, and only 2 km from the small village of Es Llombards. This picturesque village offers two cafes, a bakery, and two restaurants. Santanyí, a typical Mallorcan town with a beautiful, well-preserved center, is about 4 km away. Here, you can relax undisturbed by traffic in one of the cafes or restaurants, watch children play in the Plaça until late at night, and browse the small boutiques offering trendy to high-end clothing. A well-attended weekly market takes place on Saturdays and Wednesdays between the old town walls and the church. Locals, as well as German residents and tourists, gather here to buy fresh fruit and vegetables. Handicrafts are sold next to the historic church. The popular beach of Cala Santanyí, ideal for families with children, and the beautiful beach of Cala Llombards are both about a 10-minute drive away.

The House
This old farmhouse has been completely renovated and transformed into a modern country house with 130 square meters of living space. The house is furnished to a high standard and with great taste. A door over 200 years old welcomes visitors. From the entrance hall, you enter a bright, open-plan living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen. The living and dining area features an Italian teak designer table and comfortable sofas. The entire area is flooded with natural light without overheating from the sunlight (due to special glazing) and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, stretching to the distant town of Santanyí. Large sliding glass doors lead to the front terrace. From the dining area, you can access the open-plan, high-quality kitchen. The house has two double bedrooms. One has an en-suite walk-in shower and access to the rear, covered terrace, while the other has an en-suite bathroom and access to the front terrace.

The entire house is equipped with 24-hour air conditioning.

The horses are not available for riding and may not be fed.

Exterior
The exterior is beautiful and spacious, with plenty of room; an ideal place to forget the dark winter days and enjoy the lush natural surroundings. The house is situated on a 100,000 m² property with fig trees, carob trees, palm trees, and young olive trees, and is completely enclosed by old natural stone walls. The driveway leads past the stables to the house with a well-maintained front garden planted with grass. From here, there is a wonderful view of the surrounding area and the stables with the horses, which have large paddocks. A covered terrace is located at the rear of the house with a barbecue; perfect for al fresco dining. A rainwater collection basin, formerly used for irrigating the courtyard and built of natural stone, now serves as a tastefully designed swimming pool (8 x 4m, depth: 1-1.80m) operated with a saltwater electrolysis system instead of chlorine. The pool features a sun terrace and a safety glass surround. An outdoor toilet and a washing machine are located at the rear of the house.
