"A really fantastic house and host. Everything you need for lots of fun, a fab kitchen, terrace, garden, bbq and great rooms. We were 4 families with kids between 6 months and 9 years and came in August and it was perfect. Emma was a fantastic host, especially great on communicating with us all the way through and i'd absolutely recommend anyone to stay!"

"Very nice garden with an amazing view over Laredo beach and Santoña. The beach in Laredo is very nice and family friendly, it can be reached by car in around 15min (during high season). Comfortable house with everything in order and decorated with many personal souvenirs. The host was available to assist any requests concerning the house. "We loved the loft— it’s decor, comfort and location. Just an amazing base from which we were able to explore beautiful Santander. It’s only a few blocks up from the waterfront and about a ten minute walk from the Centro Botín museum and the bay cruise launch spot. We had a lovely walk out to the Magdalena peninsula and palace which were stunning. We will be back for sure. Thank you so much!!"

"I would have rated the property much higher save for two issues. The good part was that the property was well located for us near major routes. It was spacious and clean. The bad part was that we didn't have any heat for the first half of our stay when outside temperature was 2 degrees. The other problem was check-in which supposed to be from 4-8pm but there was no-one there. After an hour we had to have someone call as their message service wasn't working. 15 minutes later someone arrived...
