« Parking was good but you do have to pay nightly fee—$8. Breakfast is the best I’ve had anywhere. Staff pleasant. Always a good stay. They were painting back of building so pool and spa were all chained up. A bit disappointing as we were there a week. »

« We had a great 3 nights of vacation at this property. My 5yr old daughter had a blast enjoying the lazy river and the warm pool, and so did I! It was great to have the pool set in a natural setting under trees, etc - beautiful experience. The lagoon was great too. I liked that they put together so many activities, especially for kids, and shared an itinerary of events for the whole week - it made it so much easier for us to plan our days. « The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. »

« When we arrived, the bathroom was missing the shower curtain. There was no toilet paper, and no washcloths. It did not appear that the shower had been cleaned recently nor had the room been tidied up. The carpet was gross and the floor around the kitchen area was sticky. When I spoke to the front desk, they offered me the opportunity to come down to collect toilet paper, shower, curtain, and washcloth. So I ended up having to put the shower curtain up myself. « Honestly had a great stay here. The room was clean, everything worked well, and it was nice and quiet at night. The location near Lackland AFB was super convenient, and the staff was friendly and helpful. For the price, I was really impressed. Would definitely stay here again. »

« Paid 200 bucks for room with jetted tub and it did not work. Long hair was on counter clearly not mine.dead bug in the regular tub room definitely wasnt properly cleaned »
