During our stay, there were some issues with the lock on the door, and she had someone out the very next morning to fix it. The whole family had a fantastic time! You will receive a parking pass that allows you to park at the resort across the street (it all belongs together) and that gets you closer to the beach, or you can walk across the bridge over the road.
