Parking:

âą Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
âą The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renterâs Agreement
âą The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.

CANCELATION POLICY:
Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
