Our home is perfect for families or groups, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. With its top-notch amenities, including 4 adult bikes, a Weber charcoal grill, outdoor dining, and a Multicade arcade game, entertainment is guaranteed!

Boasting 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, our beach home provides plenty of room and comfort for those looking to embrace the laid-back beach lifestyle.

The downstairs bedroom features a cozy queen bed, a Roku Smart TV, and a closet.

Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a luxurious king bed, a Roku TV, a work desk and chair, an attached bathroom with a stand-alone shower for added privacy and convenience, and a walk-in closet.

Also upstairs, the third bedroom includes a king bed, a Roku Smart TV, and a closet.

The fourth upstairs bedroom provides 2 single beds, a Roku Smart TV, and a closet.

Both the upstairs and downstairs bathrooms are fully equipped with a tub/shower combo.

The living and dining area features a brand-new 60-in-1 Multicade arcade game, perfect for entertainment for guests of all ages. Relax on the private second-floor deck with two outdoor chairs, where you can enjoy the refreshing coastal breeze and scenic views.

Cooking is a pleasure in our upgraded kitchen, complete with new granite countertops and Whirlpool stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with a toaster, blender, and all essential cookware, so you can prepare delicious meals. The refrigerator has an ice maker and water dispenser, and coffee lovers can brew their favorite cup with both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig machine, with starter supplies of K-cups and ground coffee provided.

For outdoor dining, enjoy our new Polywood set, featuring a table with 6 chairs and an umbrella, along with two additional chairs and a small table. There's also a Weber charcoal grill (charcoal not provided) for your grilling needs.

Take a leisurely stroll to the Blue Mountain Public Beach access, just a short 12 minute walk away. The pristine white sands and crystal-clear emerald waters await, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and beach activities.

To enhance your beach experience, we provide convenient amenities including a fold-up beach wagon, 8 beach chairs, a 7-foot umbrella with a sand anchor, and a selection of beach toys for family fun.

When it comes to dining, you’re in luck—Cowgirl Kitchen, Blue Mountain Bakery, Mimmo’s 30a Ristorante Italiano, and Blue Mountain Creamery (an old-fashioned ice cream parlor) are all within walking distance, so you’re never far from a great meal.

To make exploring even easier, we provide four adult bikes for you to use during your stay. In addition, we’ve partnered with two local companies that offer additional bicycle and golf cart rentals. As our guest, you’ll enjoy a 15% discount and receive the contact information to book directly with them.

We’ve thoughtfully provided all the essentials for your stay, including sheets, blankets, towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and trash bags as a starter kit. However, we recommend bringing extra towels, blankets, toiletries, and any specialized kitchen supplies you might need.

Please note that daily housekeeping is not provided, ensuring you can enjoy your privacy and independence.

Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles in the driveway, and we ask that the maximum occupancy does not exceed 8 guests.

Guests must be 21 or older, though children are welcome with accompanying parents.

For a peaceful atmosphere, we maintain a strict no-pet, no-smoking, and no-party policy.
