The balcony offers ample comfortable seating for your morning coffee, lunch, dinner or reading a book with a glass of wine as you listen to the calming waves crash onto the shore.

This property is located in the sought-after area of 30A and is within Gulf Place. Gulf Place has many shops, restaurants, a spa, nail salon, and a bike/kayak rental shop. There are also incredible outdoor concerts offered in the center of Gulf Place where you can picnic and listen to the sounds of local musicians. Private beach access is across the street, Perfect Pig restaurant, Pizza by the Sea and Sunrise coffee are all on site. Next door you will find the Shunk Gully restaurant and Pecan Jack's Ice Cream & Candy Shop. Everything you need is in close proximity to this condo.
