The spacious living room offers comfortable seating for the whole family, while the dining area provides seating for 4, plus 2 additional spots at the breakfast bar. The fully-equipped kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, will satisfy even the most discerning home chef. Just because you’re on vacation doesn’t mean you can’t prepare a delicious family meal!

The master suite features a brand new, premium foam king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a single vanity sink. The guest bedroom offers a cozy queen bed and shares another bathroom with a shower/tub combo. For added convenience, two roll-away twin beds are available in the closet if your family needs extra sleeping space.

Silk Beach on 30A and the community of Topsail Village are both close to a number of beach accesses for you to choose from!

- The Highlands Beach Access is less than a mile away, but it has no restrooms, and only a handful of parking spaces.

- The Bullard Beach Access is a completely undeveloped beach access on the west end of Dune Allen Beach, and is only about 1 mile from the home.

- The Dune Allen Regional Beach Access is only 1 mile away, and has access to public restrooms, parking and a lifeguard station.

- The Fort Panic Regional Beach Access is 1.2 miles away and is ADA accessible, has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season.

- The Topsail Hill Preserve offers a shuttle to the beach access from the parking lot ($6 admission per vehicle), approximately .9 miles from the home.
