Natural light illuminates the chef’s kitchen, featuring double ovens, stone countertops, and a center island that seats 2. Double doors connect to the quaint courtyard with a 4-person table steps away for alfresco dining—a second courtyard with a 6-person table and grill is across the hall. Continue into the living and dining area, where a table for 12 waits. Winsome mix-and-match chairs paired with floral toile de Jouy curtains curate an atmosphere of laid-back elegance. Family Time on the Beach

The location of this home was perfect!! The view from the back patio outstanding. Having the pool with little ones was honestly ideal as they can only take so much sun and sand. The home was spacious and fit our group perfectly! The property managers addressed any concerns we had and followed up with a phone call. The only issue was getting through to them in the first place. I simply think they have a lot of units. Again, the addressed our issues and were always polite, apologetic, and professional.

Nice with some caveats

For starters I know this property well as my family has owned a condo 3 doors west since 1984. Really neat home with a great location on the gulf right where Eastern Lake empties to the gulf. The home is aging as it was built in the early 90s with very high quality finishes but has not been updated since. The caveats are that you cant consider this a private beach given that the public beach access is two doors east and so the beach directly behind the home is very crowded in June and July. So much so that each day our beach set ups were in different locations give or take 100 ft east or west as so many ppl come from the neighboring units in the early morning to place their beach tents and umbrellas. So you will be disappointed if you come expecting a private beach along the lines of what you a few doors down where those owners strictly enforce their private beach as it really is a "sea of tents and beach umbrellas" behind this home given its a popular spot. The other caveat is that you do have very active construction of a new home on both sides. The home to the east will likely finish this year but the home on your west side is likely still another 12 months of construction. So bear this in mind if you like to sleep in or have little ones that take naps. There actually were tow days where it was actually too noisy at the pool as they worked to complete the outdoor deck on the new home on the east side. But overall still a very neat home with a great location

Great Family Getaway!

My whole extended family stayed together here for a week and it was so fun!! Awesome house- the location is great and right on the beach. Loved the pool! We really enjoyed our time here. The bedrooms are big and the views from the master bedroom are amazing

Best view on the beach

Gulf front property is beautiful with easy access to the beach with your own private access. The house is stunning and yet very homey feeling. There is plenty of room to spread out with the little ones staying on the first floor with their parents and the rest of the adults upstairs. Perfect
