  • Nouveau sur le marché de la location et récemment rénové, Kitty’s Bliss est un quatre chambres pouvant accueillir de 10 à 12 personnes, avec 3, 5 salles de bains et une maison à une rangée du Golfe. Cette maison de deux étages est construite sur pilotis. Le premier étage a trois chambres: King Size Master avec deux portes coulissantes en verre ouvrant sur une terrasse et construit au niveau de la piscine. Location du dimanche au dimanche uniquement

    La deuxième chambre est un lit King Size avec une porte coulissante en verre s'ouvrant sur un pont enveloppant et se trouve également au niveau de la piscine. La troisième chambre a deux lits superposés avec une porte coulissante en verre donnant également sur le pont. La buanderie séparée, avec un bar et un réfrigérateur, se trouvent au même étage que les chambres pour plus de commodité.

    La quatrième chambre avec un lit Queen Size est au deuxième étage avec une demi-baignoire et un balcon privé. La maison peut accueillir 10 personnes dans des lits et deux lits confortables pour enfants pour un total de 12.

    Le deuxième étage comprend également une grande salle avec une cuisine américaine bien équipée, un bar, un coin repas et un bel espace salon donnant sur un grand balcon avec un barbecue au charbon de bois et une table de bistrot. Il existe un téléviseur à écran plat de 50 pouces qui peut être utilisé comme moniteur et un lecteur Blue Ray avec des applications populaires telles que Pandora et Netflix. Il existe un système Wi-Fi haut débit qui fonctionne dans toute la maison et qui est protégé par un mot de passe.

    Il y a cinq portes coulissantes en verre qui s'ouvrent sur des balcons donnant sur la piscine, ce qui donne à la grande salle un aspect très ouvert et aéré.

    La maison est au bout d'un cul-de-sac et est privée et calme, à seulement 250 mètres à l'ouest du Red Bar. Beaucoup de stationnement. Il y a deux points d'accès à la plage à moins de 100 mètres de la maison.

    La maison loue du dimanche au dimanche pendant la saison estivale. Animaux acceptés.

Our family loved Kitty’s Bliss. The location was perfect for us. We had a slight problem with hot water, but it was fixed quickly. My family has been coming for many years and my grandkids thought this place was their favorite! Thank you!! We will be back!!

Dog friendly

We always love Grayton Beach! This home was perfect for our family! Location was great! We brought our 2 mini Aussies which was even better. Older furniture and not all the bells and whistles of other homes we have stayed at but the sacrifice was ok with us since the dogs could go. We would stay there again.

Summer Trip w/Kids

This place was absolutely perfect! The private beach access is great if you don’t want to be crowded while out there. It’s central to so many activities and perfect spot for traveling over to another beach if desired. Between the pool, games, and beach gear you will not have a dull moment.You do get views of the ocean and sunset from the balconies. There was construction on a few homes around us but we were never bothered. The owners did let us know they are only working during certain hours to avoid disrupting people’s vacations. Overall we agreed we would 1000% stay here again!

Needs some attention

This house has so much potential, however we were disappointed with the overall upkeep of the house. On top of many essential appliances not working for many days of our vacation (no hot water, ice maker, dish washer) note......in addition, the air conditioner struggled to cool during the heat of the day, the sliding doors are very hard to open do not shut securely leaving a measurable gap letting cold air out and bugs in, and house seems to have an obvious sway that was a little concerning. Loved having the pool to cool off in but it would be even better with a little shade if umbrellas were provided. House also needs some outdoor lighting of some kind, solar landscape lights would be nice. In my opinion price of house should move way south with current upkeep needs

Great location, older property with maintenance issues

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The area was great. You can hear the waves and have a small view of the beach. Walk to beach wasn’t too bad. House was dirty- dog hair on furniture and floor. Shower curtain in master bedroom was moldy. Sand/dirt all under couches and beds. Couches and couch pillows were stained. Shower in master bath had 2 shower heads one stopped working- then water didn’t get hot. They came next day to repair and it worked after that. Door lock on pool fence was not operable- next day they fixed that as well but had to spend afternoon and morning without gate locking. Master bedroom door was hard to open and turn knob- then one night from all the tugging the door stopped closing all together. So in a house full of people door wouldn’t shut. Reported issue that was not addressed. I have stayed in older places that were much cleaner and not in so much need of repairs that have just been overlooked. A little investment would really improve the house stay for future guests. Not many games or beach toys available for use. Closet space was great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed the home, however, in the kitchen there were these really small bugs flying all over the counters. Had to keep all the food in the Fridge. The freezer did not make ice. None of the outside lights worked on arrival. Maintenance came the next day and was able to fix some of them. The pool is not heated unless you pay an extra $50.00 per day. "The construction across from the home was really bad. Started at 7 am until 6 pm non-stop a concrete truck pouring all day. Very loud, not easy to enjoy being outside on the decks. The views were beautiful. You could walk to the beach, however, not easy to figure out how to get there. The home is really pretty, very big, Great bedrooms and bathroom, but for the money the noise and bugs were not worth it. The construction guy parked right in front of the house long ways, so I had only one spot to get my car into until he came and moved his vehicle at the end of the day.

Reviewer Comments: Overall this was a great rental, but there were some factors we weren't prepared for:Cons:Currently there is construction going on right next to the house. The workers kept parking their trucks and blocking us in where we were parked. There was also the add noise that came with the concrete and crane work going into the the house being built. The other MAJOR issue was the mattresses. These beds are rock hard and it is hard for sleeping and getting a good nights rest. I don't want to sound picky, but the thread count on the sheets was pretty between the hard mattress and scratchy sheets and construction going on it was pretty hard to get sleep let alone sleep in...Pros:The location is great, parking is near impossible in this area so it was great to be able to not have to think about parking and just walk over to the beach. The layout of the house is different but worked for our family and the kids loved having a pool to enjoy after the beach. The kitchen was stocked well with everything needed to cook and feed the family. The communication around the rental was also great! Overall it was a lovely place, we just wish we could have gotten better sleep.

The pool is great. The space is large. Room for lots of people. Love the parking. It accommodates about 4 vehicles. Our dog is welcome and that’s the biggest plus.

Suckers and wrapper found in the kid’s room, empty cans found underneath home, fingerprints still on the table as if it had not been washed. The home appeared they were beginning to update. Other than that, the location was great and there was ample space.

Another Week in Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful week at Kitty’s Bliss. The house had everything we needed and we loved having our own pool. The only surprise we had was the walk to the beach. I should have inquired about it before I rented, but I had assumed that we had a close “cut- through” path to the gulf. However, it was a walk back to the road, around a bend, and then a substantial walk through a sandy path. In all it only took10-15 minutes, but pulling the cart through the sand was a bit of a workout. Also, one of the couples with us are older, and had difficulty walking in the sand that far. Everything else, including dealing with the rental agency was great.

The many windows enhanced the beach feel and the sounds of the ocean. The outside pool and deck were a huge plus since no one could get in the ocean all week due to dangerous riptides. We will definitely be back.

House needs attention

I don’t normally complain but this house needs attention. There was a hole in the wall in the master bath, water stains on the window sills and walls and many other odd things. The cleaning people didn’t put any soap in 2 of the bathrooms and we found a really dirty pair of underwear in the master bath. We love the area and if the house had some work, it would be great! The kitchen did have lots of dishes and cook wear- that was great.

Christmas Vacation

Great Living area both inside and out. Although it was little cool to get in the Pool the home has a great Pool deck on 2nd Floor as well as 3rd Floor porch space off Living room. Plenty of room for our family of 7. Loved the house and area. Jim H
