The space

Welcome to the 'Emerald Palace!'

This breathtaking, newly constructed luxury home is packed with everything you need for an unforgettable vacation! With plenty of space and endless amenities, this home comfortably hosts up to 30 guests, making it perfect for families, friend groups, or reunions!

The first floor features an open and inviting layout with a spacious, gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and seating for 6 at the island alone! This area seamlessly flows into the dining room with seating for 10 more, and a cozy living room complete with an entertainment bar. There is also a half bathroom conveniently located on this level.

When you're ready for some sunshine, head outside through one of the five sliding glass doors to the stunning backyard oasis! Complete with a massive private heated pool, hot tub, corn hole, in-pool basketball, outdoor shower, and outdoor built-in kitchen, it's the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day at the beach!

Additionally, there are two gorgeous bedrooms on the first floor, both with King beds and en-suite bathrooms with double vanities and walk-in showers.

Traveling up to the second floor, you'll find a second living room offering even more space to relax, plus a balcony overlooking the backyard. There is an Xbox One in this living room, with an assortment of games to choose from! The laundry room, with two sets of washers and dryers, ensures extra convenience during your stay. This floor is also home to five more bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Four of the five rooms on this level feature King beds, and there's also a bunk room with two sets of Queen-over-Queen bunks, perfect for the kids or a group of friends.

On the third floor, you'll find yet another living room, complete with a fireplace, two small dining areas, wet bar, and game room with a pool table for even more fun! Step outside onto the huge panoramic rooftop wraparound deck, where you can enjoy jaw-dropping Gulf views - - perfect for sunset!! There is also an additional half bathroom available on this level. Finally, the last two bedrooms await—another King room with an en-suite bathroom, and a second bunk room with two sets of Queen-over-Queen bunks, also with an en-suite bathroom.

There is parking for about 8 cars in the driveway!

Guest access

Walk a half a mile to Blue Mountain Beach and visit two other public beach access points in the coveted Blue Mountain Beach area off of 30A - all with parking, restrooms, lifeguards in season from 10 am - 6 pm, and walking distance to restaurants! Enjoy convenient access to Gulf Place Beach (and the fun shopping area there), access by Goatfeathers on 30A and access by the Blue Mountain Creamery (right off the beach access road)!

Other things to note
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-LS/golf cartV is not to be driven past the town of Seaside to the East or Stinky's to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Pool and hot tub/spa heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check-in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th. After April 30, guests can still heat the spa or hot tub for the same daily rate.
-Please note that the garage is not for guests' use.
-Damages that occur will be collected by the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, pool, hot tub, or other amenities provided to guests.
