Dune Vacation Rentals Presents: In the heart of the Park District of Watercolor is Playing Hooky, a three bedroom + bonus room (bedroom count includes the main carriage house bedroom) residence. Situated just steps away from Seaside Town Center or The Watercolor Beach Club, you can park your car for the week and bike around town!

This home greets you with a front porch designed to relax with a good book and a cup of coffee. When you enter the home you are welcomed with a double sided fireplace between the spacious living room and dining room. The dining room offers stylish seating that can accommodate 6 guests. The kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances and plenty of countertop and cabinetry. Off of the kitchen is the laundry room and access to the outdoor space where you can dine alfresco. The master bedroom is on the first floor and is complete with a king size bed and private bathroom with a shower and tub. There is a half bathroom on this floor for your convenience.

The second floor of this home features a guest bedroom with two queen size beds and access to the front porch that provides great views of Watercolor. This bedroom has a private bathroom with two water closets, as well as a separate tub and shower.

The carriage house offers a king bed on the second floor and a private bathroom with a shower. Located on the lower level of the carriage house, you will find a bonus room* with two twin beds. This room has an exterior private entrance, just off of the back porch. There is a half bathroom that is accessible outside, as well as an outdoor shower.

*Bonus room may not be appropriate for young children, as the entrance is on the exterior of the home.

- No events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- No pet home. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the no pet policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges.
- WaterColor HOA allows one golf cart per address- you may not rent a second cart if the home you have rented offers one. All golf cart rentals in Watercolor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a specific amount throughout the community at any given time. Cart rentals are granted on a first-come, first-served based. Watercolor condos cannot rent golf carts.
- 10 Amenity Wristbands - Maximum. Extras are not available. Access to All WaterColor Community Swimming Pools - Camp WaterColor and the Beach Club.
- The HOA issues one parking pass per reservation. Guests are encouraged to park their vehicles in the driveway or garage of their rental home. They do not need a parking pass when their vehicle is parked on a private residential property.The HOA-issued parking pass is required to park a vehicle overnight on the common area parking pads.

Reservation/Booking Policy
- Minimum Age: All properties require a minimum of one adult over the age of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
- Cleaning: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.
