This beautifully updated one-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and offers incredible Gulf views from your private balcony. Step inside to enjoy fresh coastal furnishings, modern finishes, and all the comforts you need for a relaxing beach getaway. The spacious living area features a queen sleeper sofa and a stunning 55" LG OLED Smart TV, while the private Gulf-front balcony is the perfect place to sip your morning coffee or watch the sunset over the emerald waters. The fully equipped kitchen features LG appliances and a Keurig K-Duo coffee maker, making everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners easy to prepare. The primary bedroom offers a comfortable memory-foam king bed and a Roku TV, while the built-in hallway twin bunks feature memory-foam mattresses and convenient charging ports. Seaside is a fantastic destination, most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey.  Its  incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office,  Repertory  Theater and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous.  There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here. 

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
