  • Dans l'esprit de la communauté aquarelle originale, notre maison parfaitement située dans la phase 1 revendique très probablement les intérieurs les plus charmants dans le voisinage. Notre retraite de style bungalow est une escapade chic et mise à jour situé dans le quartier du Parc. Tout est question d'emplacement à l'aquarelle et les belles maisons situées dans des endroits pratiques ne sont pas faciles à trouver - alors réservez vite pour l'attraper avant que quelqu'un d'autre ne le fasse.

    ** Disponible pour les locations du samedi au samedi uniquement pendant la saison estivale. Tous les soirs (avec minimum de nuits saisonnier) et taux hebdomadaires disponibles. Les demandes de réservation sont sujettes à confirmation. **

    Le salon spacieux est rempli d'une multitude de fenêtres, inondant la maison de la lumière naturelle. antiquités et accessoires fabuleux en font l'une des maisons les plus intéressants et attrayants dans la communauté.

    Entrez dans notre phase I Bungalow et de vous retrouver parmi décor vintage importés de diverses collections pour créer une ambiance de plage. La maison a été bien aménagée avec des pièces nouvelles et anciennes; canapés moelleux et des chaises permettant confort et de détente.

    La salle de séjour littoral ouvre à la cuisine pour le divertissement facile.

    La cuisine gastronomique ouverte permet pour le final dans le divertissement et la cueillette en famille et entre amis. Profitez d'un verre de vin ou un délicieux repas en utilisant une cuisine entièrement équipée, y compris appareils mis à jour: lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, congélateur, machine à glaçons, micro-ondes, four, cuisinière à gaz de haut, et tous les éléments essentiels dont vous avez besoin.

    Glissez-vous dans des chambres à la tentaculaire lits, des draps de luxe, et des matelas ultra-moelleux. zones de couchage comprennent un maître avec un lit king-size, une 2ème chambre avec un lit double et un troisième avec un lit queen.

    Le maître dispose d'un 32 à écran plat ", literie moelleuse, et dans le bain une baignoire sur pattes, douche séparée, ainsi que son et le sien vanité et éviers.

    La 4ème chambre, parfait pour les enfants ou les adolescents, est sur le deuxième niveau avec deux grands lits, un canapé-lit, Coin salon confortable et salle de bain complète.

    L'utilisation de la voiturette de golf et des vélos est disponible avec votre réservation. (Certaines restrictions.)

    Sortez de votre cachette d'aquarelle et de vous retrouver juste en face de 30A, à seulement quelques minutes à pied du golfe du Mexique, le célèbre et très acclamé Aquarelle Beach Club, ainsi que la ville animée de Mer! Enlevez vos chaussures et couler vos pieds dans la poudreuse, sable blanc tout en appréciant les eaux émeraude magnifiques.

    L'aquarelle est un complexe exclusif situé sur les rives vierges du Golfe du Mexique. La communauté de villégiature est parfait pour les adultes et les enfants. L'accès au Watercolor Beach Club est compris dans votre réservation.

The perfect home away from home

The house was so incredibly beautiful and perfect for our two families. It was cozy and relaxing. It included everything we needed for daily cooking. The location was perfect for us bc of the quick walk to the club and easy access to the main road. We will definitely stay here again!

Just what we needed!

We needed a centralized place where our daughters could have freedom to explore on bikes and we moms could swing on the porch ant talk for hours. Close to everything and felt like a home away from home.

The perfect vacation home

Hands down one of the most beautiful homes I have ever stayed in. The location was perfect, easy access to the cutest shops and the beach. Very safe, Nice, quiet, family neighborhood. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed. No expense spared on this home. The setup was perfect for our family and friends. we enjoyed our week here so much! We will definitely be back!

Family Vacation

Great house located extremely close to watercolor club and beach! Only about a 5-7 minute walk. Only issue was small kitchen (all adults so it was a bit of a cram) and lack of cleaning supplies/cooking supplies. Other than that it was great! Loved the loft upstairs if you have kids.

Beautiful Home - Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It was so cute and charming. A short, 3 minute walk to Watercolor Resort was really convenient. We used the bikes that came with the home and rented a couple extra. We also rented a golf cart during our stay which made getting around Watercolor and Seaside a breeze. We rented kayaks and efoils at Western Lake and played tennis at the tennis center. All in all an amazing trip. This home was right in the middle of it all.

This was by far our favorite home that we have stayed in on 30a. The upstairs is perfect for kids and my 8 year old daughter couldn’t wait to get back up there every night to sleep. The home has such an open and inviting feel but also very cozy. The mattresses are awesome and you can’t beat the location. Easy walk to Watercolor beach club as well as Seaside. Enjoyed every second of this wonderful trip!

Almost 5 stars

The property was nice, spacious and elegantly decorated. We arrived and had everything as expected until the second evening. We were awoken to water flooding into the master bedroom bed. The water pan in the AC was over the master and was flooding on to the first floor master suite. Luckily we were able to get a pot and catch the water so the bed was not ruined. The management company did respond immediately and sent a plumber to fix the issue. Needless to say we didn’t get back to sleep until 3 am. The next issue was that there were 4 complimentary bikes for our use that were not properly maintained and we had to rent bikes. Manager was notified issue not resolved. We were given a gift card for the inconvenience of the AC issue which was appreciated. However, if I were the owner of the property, I would have easily given a complimentary one night stay and provided a voucher for bikes.

Walking distance to lots of fun at Seaside! We had a tremendous time and sincerely appreciate the care with which this home is treated.

Lots of storage room for clothes and suitcases. Front porch is great for relaxing or morning/evening reading and conversation. The cleaning crew does a FANTASTIC job. It was spotless. Rental management company has excellent communication and response time—best we’ve ever dealt with. The upstairs can get a bit warm so be sure to use the ceiling fan and any other fans. Would definitely book again.
