âAbsolutely amazing house with a plethora of amenities! Went with 4 families, all were extremely comfortable and had privacy. Quick walk to the beach and the pool/spa and backyard setup was great! Absolutely nothing to whine about and Cari with Oversee was super! The bikes provided were a great time and coming back to this exact house is a 100% guarantee! Been coming to 30A for 20 years and this is the best spot hands down!â
Step onto the main floor of this beautiful 3-story home, the front room is bright and welcoming with stylish furnishings, coastal dĂ©cor, and lots of natural light. And when combined with a wet bar and large TV, creates a relaxed vibe throughout. But the best is yet to comeâŠ
This unique living area opens up to the pool space out back, instantly creating a lovely indoor/outdoor entertainment paradise. Very nice. The main floor also has a kids bunk room with twin beds and two more bedrooms, each with a comfy queen bed.
On the second floor, a beautiful living, dining, and kitchen area features a large traditional dining table with bench seating, which seats 8-10 guests with 4 bar stools at the breakfast bar. The gourmet kitchen is a chefâs dream with high-quality appliances, white cabinetry, and a kitchen island with a built-in microwave.
The delightful room leads to an expansive balcony, with neighborhood views and an alfresco dining table. The other balcony has 2 picnic tables and overlooks the pool. Down the hall are two more bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed, plus a cozy living space with a large TV, perfect for movie nights.
The entire third floor is dedicated to the gorgeous primary bedroom, featuring a king bed and a private balcony with Gulf views. Very nice.
With parking for 4 vehicles, a 6 seater golf cart and 5 adult bikes getting around is a breeze. For a relaxing day at the beach, just head south on Hilltop Drive towards 30A and take a leftâthe beach access is right there.
After a day at the beach, kick back to The Salty Pearl, mix yourself a drink at the main floorâs wet bar, and head out to the private pool. Sounds dreamy, doesnât it?
