With 2 master king suites, 2 Queen Rooms and 2 custom built bunks rooms, this lovely coastal home can easily accommodate 16. The fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances has everything you need to prepare large meals or snacks for the beach. The living area has plenty of "sink in" comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV that's perfect for watching a family movie or sporting event. If you need a break from the beach or just want a relaxing evening, the large usable outdoor living space will not disappoint. The private backyard includes an oversized deck, dipping pool with jacuzzi features, lounge chairs and gas grill. One For All is also a perfect home for the boaters looking to explore great fishing both in Choctawhatchee Bay or head offshore in the Gulf of Mexico for an experience that will last a lifetime.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

Great family vacation

The house was better than anyone could imagine! Spacious. clean and very well maintained, with everything that we needed at our fingertips. Our group of 8 adults and 7 children from 10 months to 6 years old were comfortable in a well designed home a few minutes from the beach in our golf cart. The pool was great for keeping all the kids entertained after returning from the beach each afternoon. Prefect family vacation that we plan to repeat again next year!

Family Beach Vacation 2023

The property was everything that we expected from the pictures. There were 12 of us and everyone had plenty of space. The house was beautiful and the back deck with the spa was throughly enjoyed!! We had a few issues, one of the bikes had a tire off the rim and this was taken care of by the next day. The A/C unit quit working on our last day there, it got to over 80 inside the house. It was fixed by late afternoon, so glad it was our last day. We would definitely stay again if we come back to Seagrove Beach!!

30A Straw Hat

Great house. The pool is smaller than the photo let’s on but a great size for what we needed. Two blocks to the beach! Easy walk or golf cart ride. Several small issues with the house were fixed the first night. And any issues that popped up were handled by 30A beach girls quickly. House might have some spooky spirits though. Doors opening and closing on their own, lights getting turned on and off in the middle of the night, blankets moving on their own. But nobody in the family was bothered beyond that. The kitchen was well stocked but bring a kitchen knife, steak knives only and some limited seating in the living room for the number of potential guests. We had 15 in our party and 4 separate families but didn’t feel tight or squished into the house. Also some beach gear at the house that we were expecting so we overpacked some.

Perfect Vacation at Straw Hat

What a great time we had on our annual family Christmas vacation! Older teens, young 20 somethings, 50yr olds, Grandma and pooch all enjoyed staying at Straw Hat last week. The location was great - secluded at the end of a road that leads directly to the beach. Straight golf cart/bike ride or walk to easy beach access. House was beautiful - perfectly stocked, appointed and laid out. Tons of room for everyone to gather or be alone. Everyone had a bed and the back deck was awesome! Location - we've met in Ft Myers for the past six years but thanks to Ian we had to relocate this year. Hadn't been to Emerald Coast before and was extremely pleased / impressed with the area. Seaside, Grayton, Watercolor all short trips (bike, golf cart or car) and tons of fun. Service - this is the biggest area of praise in this review. I'm a frequent renter and the key to a great stay is definitely service. Something always comes up...the great hosts take care of issues immediately. The staff at 30A-Beach Girls immediately solved the two minor issues we had during our stay and are the definition of great hosts! Loved the home and the area and will come back again.

Too perfect

We have stayed in other lovely parts of 30-A but this spot is more accessible than the others, via golf cart and bikes. Our group was 3 generations of family with teens and a friend-family, so we were many. The kitchen is wide open for easy prep, serving and clean-up. Dining area is ample for dining and games. The pool was perfect for conversation any time of day and had partial shade in afternoon. Back deck is fenced and private even though neighbor houses are close on both sides. Restaurants are not far in both directions, and we found multiple handy access points to beach. The house appears modest from the street but it is lush and large inside. We were misty-eyed when we left. Great time. Compared to prior 30-A vacays, it was also a great value.
