This sprawling WaterColor home is located at 332 Western Lake Drive, just a block off of Highway 30A. With 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, the main home provides sleeping arrangements for up to 18 guests - the bedding situation allows you to really spread out! The attached carriage house provides sleeping arrangements for an additional 4 guests, for a total of 18. It provides quick access to multiple WaterColor community pools, Camp WaterColor (geared towards kids), the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club, and the Boathouse. Wrap-around screened-in porches, multiple couches, and a porch swing add to the home's inviting and cozy feel.

The kitchen boasts marble countertops, premium stainless-steel appliances, and an open-concept floor plan with lots of natural light. The eat-in kitchen has additional bar stool seating for 4. There is a separate wet bar are with an ice maker. The main floor holds the primary master bedroom + bathroom + private porch as well.

On the second floor, you'll find the remaining sleeping accommodations, and more porches that look out into the beautiful mature trees. There is a built-in desk, bunk room, and attached carriage house with its own kitchenette + living area making for great spaces for all guests to utilize together or separately!

Explore the WaterColor community on the 6 bikes provided, or take the LSV/golf cart to one of the neighboring towns. With its private but prime location, and access to WaterColor's Beach Club and Camp WaterColor pools, this home is a great place to make family memories!

This house comes with a maximum of 14 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even though there are sleeping arrangements in the home for more. Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number.

SECOND FLOOR
-Guest bedroom 2: Queen bed + en suite bathroom with large glass shower + porch access
-Guest bedroom 3: Queen bed + en suite bathroom with large glass shower + porch access
-Guest Bedroom 4: Two sets of twin over twin bunk beds (sleeps 4) + en suite bathroom with tub/shower combination
-Guest Bedroom 5: Two twin beds with two twin trundles + en suite bathroom with glass shower

CARRIAGE HOUSE
-King bedroom + en suite bathroom with glass shower
-Kitchenette and living room with full size sleeper sofa

There is also a pack n' play provided at no additional charge.

Guest access

The WaterColor community is so desirable due to its exceptional community amenities. Guests will have inclusive access to the Gulf-front WaterColor Beach Club and new Camp WaterColor facilities, in addition to 7 other beautiful swimming pools located throughout the community.

The Beach Club is literally steps from the home, making it a dream to not have to worry about parking! Camp WaterColor is about a 5 minute LSV/golf cart ride. The ultra desirable and stunning phase 1 Park District location of this home cannot be beat!!

The WaterColor Beach Club features a huge main pool and lounge area, an 'adults only' pool, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf!

Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground.

The wristbands for access to these amenities are included in the nightly rate and are no additional charge to the guests.

Other things to note
-Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance.
-In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Weddings and other similar events are not allowed at this home. Violation of any home rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to HOA, community and management fines.
-Check in is 4:00pm & check out is 10:00am. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-Fireplace is not for guests' use.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-The LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, bikes or other amenities provided to guests.
