Seaview Villas B401 – Harp's Hideaway is a spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom penthouse condo accommodating up to 8 guests in Seagrove Beach along Scenic Highway 30A. Located on the top floor of the gated Seaview Villas community, this pet-friendly condo features exclusive private beach access, an oversized pool-view balcony, a community pool, and plenty of room for families and groups.

Back at the condo, the oversized balcony overlooking the pool provides a comfortable spot for morning coffee, outdoor dining, or winding down after a day along 30A. Behind the condos, a separate nature trail offers another way to enjoy the surrounding Seagrove Beach landscape.

Your Space
The open living area is filled with natural light from large windows overlooking the surrounding greenery. Comfortable sofas provide plenty of seating, while a TV and fireplace complete the living space. Direct balcony access makes it easy to step outside and enjoy the oversized private balcony with outdoor furniture and views overlooking the community pool.

The fully equipped kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig, traditional coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, and refrigerator with ice maker. A kitchen island provides seating for two, while the nearby dining table seats four. A washer and dryer are also available inside the condo for added convenience.

Additional beach setups may be arranged through La Dolce Vita, or guests are welcome to bring their own chairs and umbrellas.
