Penthouse with Gulf and Lake Views-Recently Updated

Sanctuary at Redfish (SAR) is a gated community that sits on 14 acres along the shore of Big Redfish Lake surrounded by the natural beauty that accompanies this rare coastal dune lake. SAR also boasts an expansive private beach with soft white sand on the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Our guests enjoy an exclusive experience surrounded by nature including occasional visits by a family of deer. This beautiful property has a luxurious and sprawling pool deck with waterfalls, 4 pools and 2 hot tubs (including a heated pool and an adult only pool).

3106 Sanctuary At Redfish is a recently renovated penthouse unit that is positioned for the best gulf and lake views on the property. It has a an open kitchen and living room that leads out to the balcony where can enjoy a meal or a cocktail as you bask in the amazing views or stunning sunset.

3106 has granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, a well-stocked kitchen, a 75" Smart TV in the living area, designer furnishings throughout, and ample seating for meals both inside and out. The recently upgraded WiFi has a range that covers nearly the entire property including the unit itself, the pool deck and workout facility.

The master suite features a king sized bed as well as a Smart TV, ceiling fan, private door to the balcony, walk in closet and a large en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower, a jetted tub and dual sinks. If you must, there a desk and chair with a beautiful view for getting some work done.

The second bedroom provides guests with another king sized bed, a tv, ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom.

The third bedroom is furnished with children in mind, with a twin over full bunk bed, a tv, and en-suite bathroom.

Of course it's all about the beach and Sanctuary At Redfish doesn't disappoint, with a fun and unique way to access its private beach. A water taxi shuttles our guests on a short and scenic ride across Big Redfish Lake to the beach. The ride takes about 5 minutes and is a highlight for many of our guests. The boat runs seasonally from March 1 through December 1 beginning at 9:00am. (End times vary with the season.) You can also use one of the canoes to row across the lake to the beach or you can enjoy a leisurely stroll to the beach on the private boardwalk that runs adjacent to our sister development Sanctuary By The Sea. It is about a 15-20 minute walk. There are also several public beach access points throughout the Blue Mountain Beach neighborhood that are open year round.

When it comes time to prepare that grill masterpiece, there are 4 well maintained Weber gas grills in the pool area for our guests to showcase their BBQ prowess, as well as a large gas fire pit that is perfect for an evening gathering.

SAR's full workout facility includes treadmills, free weights, stationary bikes, rowers, machines and more. It is climate controlled and includes both a men's and women's locker room with showers for post workouts.

Surrounding the Sanctuary At Redfish property is a protected coastal forest with an abundance of walking trails. Along 30A itself is an 18.5 mile bike path that follows 30A from end to end. This is a fun way to explore the neighborhoods, beaches and communities on 30A such as Grayton Beach, Watercolor, Seaside, Santa Rosa Beach and others including Blue Mountain Beach. A short bike ride will get you to the Blue Mountain Creamery for ice-cream or Redfish Taco for live music. There are a multitude of dining options within close proximity of SAR, many of which are within reasonable walking distance. A day trip into Destin or Panama City Beach will bring you to the more touristy activities such as miniture golf, go-carts, charter fishing, dolphin tours, helicopter rides etc.

- 5 night minimum during the summer season.
- Sanctuary At Redfish is a NON-SMOKING property. No smoking or vaping allowed on the property.
- Guest pets are NOT permitted on property.
- No RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area.
- GAS powered golf carts only (NO electric).
- Two parking spots are provided in the underground garage. Additional vehicles need to be parked in the above ground parking spaces

Our guests will receive a initial supply of dish washing detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, soap and laundry detergent. These supplies are not intended to last the duration of most visits and the guests will need to account for anything needed beyond these initial supplies.

Peace and paradise wrapped up in an amazing visit! The unit was incredibly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would stay over and over again. The decor and bedding made it feel like we were at a deluxe resort, it’s everything we were looking for. Owners are incredibly nice and timely with any responses to my over abundance of questions!

The Best

Our family (2 adults, 5 children ages 6-16) has been staying on 30A the last 9 years for our annual beach vacation and this was our favorite condo so far! Excellent location - not overcrowded beach access or pool area, peaceful nature setting, within walking distance to Blue Mountain Creamery, close to several great restaurants. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, had comfortable beds, and had everything we needed in the kitchen as well as beach towels provided. We enjoyed the pontoon ride to the beach, swimming in the pools, gas grills around the pools with propane provided, the canoes, and the work out facility. This particular condo has the best view of the ocean!

This is a beautiful well-maintained property with gorgeous views. The condo was very clean and spacious. The property offers so many amenities for guests (pools, fitness center, kayaks, canoes, etc.) and the location is perfect. The quick boat ride across Red Fish Lake was enjoyable, and the private beach was never overly crowded. The owner is friendly and quick with communication. I would absolutely stay here again!

Floridian's first visit to this area!

We have heard about 30A and all of the little beach towns, but until you have visited, it is hard to describe. The beaches are beautiful. There are several other beach towns within 5-10 minutes so shopping and lunch/dinner is super easy. We rented bikes and a golf cart from 30A Bike Rentals. Excellent service. In Blue Beach Mountain the golf cart is the way to go. To the east is Watercolor and Seaside. If you have teenagers, these towns are the place to be! We are so happy we stayed at this condo because we were able to explore the high activity and lots of people at Seaside then come back to a peaceful retreat. Graton state park is a 10 minuted bile ride. The condos have a beautiful area of pools and hot tubs. The pool area has very nice grills. The beach is close by and you can walk down a nature trail or the easiest way is to hop on the pontoon boat for a 2 minute ride and have a very short walk to the shoreline. The condo is in excellent condition with everything you need. If I did need something, the owners were very quick to respond and took care of all of my request. The kitchen was fully stocked and plenty of bath and beach towels. It was a perfect set up for teenagers with the extra half bath and plenty of sleeping room. The large dining table and bar chairs were great for our group. The view is probably the best of all the condos with a lovely 6 seater table for dinner and chairs to relax in. Thank you Jamie, we had a lovely time in your home for spring break!
