Come breathe in Saltaire—your laid-back 30A escape! This 3BR, 2.5BA retreat sleeps 8 and sits in the heart of Prominence. Cruise just 5 minutes to the beach by golf cart, then swing by The Big Chill right across the street for dining, entertainment, and shopping. Spend your days biking, beaching, and pool-hopping (2 to choose from!). Cozy, coastal, and perfectly located—your getaway starts here!

- Community Perks! Prominence is where you'll want to be. Featuring > outdoor dining areas, community space, outdoor grills, easy access to the beach, and a quick stroll to The Big Chill. The Big Chill is a great family gathering place: entertainment like movies and concerts on the green, restaurants, and outdoor space for the family to hang. Perfect for evenings after the beach.

🏝️ Let's go to the Beach! Prominence has a lot of options for beach access; some of our favorites are listed below:

- Deer Lake State Park Beach Access: Your closest beach access, about 0.64 mi (13 min walk / 2 min drive) away. It has about 50 parking spots, restrooms, and dining pavilions with charcoal grills, plus a long boardwalk (roughly a quarter mile) out to the beach. Entry is $3 per vehicle, payable on site or reserved ahead. Just note the gate closes at 6pm.

- Gulf Lakes Public Beach Access #8: About 0.92 mi (19 min walk) away. There's no car or cart parking here — new signage blocks cart parking along the south shoulder near the access, but there's a bike rack, and a pedestrian path runs along the south side of 30A.

- Seabreeze Beach Access #7: About 1.14 mi (23 min walk / 3 min drive) away. Park along the north shoulder of 30A near the entry and use the nearby crosswalk; there's a bike rack and outdoor shower, but no car/cart lot.

- Seacrest Drive Beach Access: About 1.36 mi (28 min walk / 4 min drive) away. Car, cart, and bike parking are all available here, though there are no restrooms or showers.

- Walton Dunes Beach Access #9: About 1.43 mi (30 min walk / 4 min drive) away. There's a public parking lot about 100 yards from the entry (small, so arrive early), plenty of bike racks, and no boardwalk or steps — you can walk straight from the road onto the sand.

*Pro-Tip— stock up on ice at The Big Chill's 24/7 ice machine across the street to load your cooler down and not have to buy ice at the grocery or gas station!

- Convenience at Your Fingertips: Full-size washer and dryer, plus a pack n play for your little one, so you don't need to pack one.

✏️ Other things to note:
- Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles at the townhome directly in front of the garage door (unit A). There is no street parking available, but there is overflow parking in South Prominence.
- Heads up for Fall and Winter! The pool at Prominence is heated Oct 1 - Nov 30 and during Christmas and New Years Eve.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that are under 50 lbs and non- shedding. If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. We also provide dog bowls and a dog crate so your pet can travel hassle-free! A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 + tax will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
