~ THE SPACE ~
"Serenity Seaside Dunes" is a stunning beach house with a 6 seat gas golf cart, located in a private community right off from the highly sought-after 30A. This spacious 1800+ sq ft home features 3 bedrooms all with their own private bathroom, an upper loft area with Xbox S and foosball table, and a desk and chair for the work zoom meeting you are trying to avoid while on vacation. Between the built in custom bunks beds, the extra loft space, the short walk to the community pool, the quick golf cart trip to the beach or to our favorite local restaurant, Stinkys Fish Camp, this home is sure to please everyone in your group. With an Eero mesh WIFI network you never have to worry about loss of internet coverage in this house if you do plan to take the pesky laptop with you.

Step inside this beautiful home and on the main floor discover an open concept design with exquisite 10 foot ceilings, a well-equipped kitchen, an island with built-in outlets and seating for 2, and a large dining table accommodating 6. The living area is exceptional thought out with sofa tables full of convenient outlets behind the plush Crate and Barrel white sectional. With the amazingly comfortable leather Scandinavian recliners and the large smart tv, you will even be happy indoors on a rainy day. The powder room is right down the hall by laundry area with full size washer and dryer for your convenience. A main floor king master suite makes this room, and home, perfect for any family member who would prefer to avoid a flight of stairs. The master bathroom features a double sink vanity, a beautiful frameless glass custom tile shower with a rainfall shower head and standard shower head. The bathroom also offers a separate toilet water closet.

Head up the shiplap stairwell to the loft area to find the kids favorite hangout equipped with a loveseat, a smart tv, an XBox S, foosball table and door to the balcony. Here you will also find the extremely needed but sometimes dreaded computer desk with chair for that Zoom call or Teams meeting you do not want to take while on vacation. If you are lucky enough to leave your work behind you, this desk is perfect for game time on the iPad or tablet. Two guest bedroom with private bathrooms are also located upstairs. The king guest bedroom is equipped with a smart tv, a spacious French door closet, and a door to the balcony which joins the loft balcony. The attached bathroom has a custom shower, vanity and toilet water closet. Last but not least, the custom built in bunk room is fabulous. It offers two bunk bed sets with twin beds built over the two lower full beds. This room is equipped with a smart tv, a Bose speaker system, and a private bath with a 7' x 4' custom shower so grand yo may want to give the king the king room and keep this for yourself.

After a spectacular sun filled day at the beach, rinse off with the outdoor shower, sit outside on the lower-level deck and cook fresh seafood on the natural gas grill or enjoy a glass of wine on the front porch or upper-level balcony and relax.

Florida's Scenic Highway 30A has something for everyone and is home to the world's most beautiful white sand beaches. "Serenity Seaside Dunes" is located near many beach access points. This includes Fort Panic beach access, Dune Allen Regional beach access, West Allen Loop beach access, and even Ed Walline regional beach access where you can walk across the street to Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar and grab a meal and drink to go and sit on the beach with fabulous food and a breathtaking view. The Villages of 30-A Include Dune Allen, Santa Rosa Beach, Blue Mountain Beach, Grayton Beach, WaterColor Seaside, Seagrove, Watersound, Alys Beach, Seacrest, Rosemary Beach, and Inlet Beach.

Home was nice, well appointed, not a bad walk or short golf cart ride to the beach. Get to the beach early in season since there aren’t a lot of parking spots. There is a neighborhood pool a short walk from the house, but it is horrible. The deck was often dirty, needs landscaping, and several chairs were broken.

Excellent location! The home was immaculate with plenty of room for sleeping and sitting around with the family. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. Excellent communication with Beach Luxury Vacations. There are 3 beach accesses close to the property and the community pool was within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

House is close to beach but access parking for car or golf cart is very small. Great furniture and set up! Needs darker window treatments- too bright in morning and not dark enough for napping. Overall a great stay and beautiful house!
