The space

Welcome to "Just Go With It!"

A gorgeous, private oasis uniquely offering a beach/coastal dune lake lifestyle with its breathtaking views of Tresca Lake. In addition, just a short walk to the beautiful dune beaches with your choice of 2 beach access points!

As you enter this DREAM vacation home, you will be greeted by the first living space with soaring ceilings and a separate wet bar area containing an ice maker and beverage fridge. This open living space has expansive sliding doors that take you directly to the outdoor deck and pool area. A large dining area with seating for ten is the perfect place to make memories with family and friends.

The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen with an oversized quartzite island that provides additional seating. The well-appointed gourmet kitchen features top-of-the-line Thermador appliances and a separate walk-in pantry. The kitchen opens to the primary living space with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams, floor to floor-to-ceiling windows offer breathtaking views of Tresca Lake. Enjoy the large screen Frame TV, fireplace with electric ignition and numerous seating areas for watching the game or relaxing with a movie. Games, cards, puzzles and books are provided for your enjoyment.

At the other end of the first floor is the downstairs primary bedroom with a King size bed, large flat screen TV, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom featuring dual vanities, a separate soaking tub, and a walk-in shower with dual shower heads. This master suite features both a separate dressing room and a walk-in closet. The Primary suite has floor-to-ceiling glass sliders that open onto the pool area. Other features of the first floor include a half bath and a separate laundry room.

As you step outside, you'll be greeted by the heated saltwater pool with stunning lake views. Unwind in the evenings in the comfortable furniture surrounding the fire table, or enjoy the new fire pit in the backyard! The TV wall invites you to enjoy your favorite shows from the pool or deck. Dine by the lake in the separate outdoor dining area and summer kitchen with a built-in gas grill. The expansive decks and yard also offer plenty of space for relaxation and fun!

Make your way up to the second floor, where an additional living space with a large flat screen TV and Queen-size sleeper sofa await you. The upstairs primary bedroom features a King-size bed, vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, a spa-like en-suite bathroom featuring dual vanities, a separate soaking tub, and a glass-enclosed shower with dual shower heads and a walk-in closet. The upstairs primary bedroom also has glass sliding doors that open to a private balcony with two porch swing beds overlooking Tresca Lake with amazing sunset views!

At the opposite end of the second floor are two additional King bedrooms with vaulted ceilings, each with a flat screen TV and private bathroom with a glass shower. One of these bedrooms includes an alcove furnished with 2 sets of Twin-over-Twin bunks providing the perfect hideaway for the children in your group.

The home also includes a two-car garage for convenient storage of vehicles, bikes, and beach gear (6 beach chairs, beach games, softside backpack cooler, 2 paddleboards, and a cornhole set are provided).

Guest access

There is room for about 2-3 cars in the driveway. Please note that the garage is not available for parking.

Other things to note
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Rosemary Beach to the East or the town of Seaside to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1 - April 30.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, bikes, pool, or other amenities provided to guests.
