✔ This property has 7 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes, a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
✔ Pool can be heated between September 1st and April 30th.
✔ There is an active camera on the back of the carriage house overlooking the backyard as well as a camera over the driveway.
✔ The fireplace and firepit are not available for guest use.
