Beach Babe on 30A is a luxury 5 bedroom, 5 Bath home located in the quaint area of Seagrove Beach, south of 30-A. Located in the community of Tresca Place, you are less than a 5-minute walk and a 1-minute bike or golf cart ride to the gorgeous white beach along the Gulf of Mexico! If you get tired of the sand, you can head over to the HEATED community pool just steps away from the house. Built in 2016, this professionally decorated home features top of the line appliances, custom hardwood flooring throughout and flat-screen TV's in every room. Enjoy listening to the game or your favorite tunes with the SONOS home sound system. Keep up your gaming skills or try something new with the house Xbox One system. There is also an elevator so you can easily access all levels of the home!

With coastal-inspired decor and comfy furnishings, Beach Babe is the perfect spot to kick back and relax! Located on the third floor overlooking the surrounding community, the spacious living area has over-sized picture windows filling the room with natural light. There were nine of us staying for one week. From ages 9-73. We all had a Great time. The house was perfect for all of us. Clean and spacious. The elevator worked great and was an added bonus along with the golf cart. A short distance to beach access and the golf cart made it easier with all our stuff. The kids really enjoyed the paddle boards that were at the house. The only thing I would warn people, park only at designated spot at parking lot for beach access. The sheriff monitors everyday and tickets are given out frequently. We made this costly mistake.Overall I would highly recommend this home. Special memories were made.

Perfect Weather

The property was advertised and had everything we needed. The elevator saved us from having to carry groceries and luggage up the stairs and the golf cart provided easy access to the beach. We enjoyed the house, the pool, and location. Would definitely recommend this property.

Amenities Galore

We selected this property based on a great location and easy access to our favorite spots on 30a. We didn't realize how great it was to have quality amenities to make our lives easier. Golf cart included was massive. Bikes too. Water toys for the teenagers to try out. And don't forget the elevator. We mainly used it as a cargo transfer for groceries and bags. It worked like a charm!

This is a great house with lots of positives!

This property has plenty of living space. The extras were so very nice such as the golf cart, the bicycles, the beach towels and toys and the ping pong table. It was so nice not to have to take all of those things. Beach access was easy. Our family has varied ages which did not fit the sleeping options very well. We needed the sleeper sofa for that extra bed, but difficult with some early folks and some late folks. It would probably sleep 10 a little better than 12. Overall, it is one of the best places we have every stayed on 30A.

Amazing!

The property was AMAZING! Everything was so clean and organized. The views were lovely, and the house is close to the essentials (the beach, coffee shops, and Publix). The family got a kick out of riding around in the golf cart and in the elevator. We HIGHLY recommend a visit to Beach Babe!

Best beach vacation home!!! 5 stars!!

Definitely recommend renting this beach house! It is perfectly located. A short walk to a public access beach! This house has it all! We fell in love with the whole area and absolutely loved staying at this home. The golf cart was so much fun to take out and explore places to eat and shop. The bikes were also a convenient way to get around. Our family enjoyed the ping pong table, sand toys, paddleboards and of course the beautiful beach! Michael was so responsive and so helpful in planning our vacation since we had never been to the area before. He made sure the house had everything we might need and answered any question I had in a prompt manner. The whole process was so smooth! Definitely a 5 star rental! We can’t wait to come again!

Best stay ever!

We totally enjoyed our stay in Santa Rosa Beach. The owner, Michael, was so attentive to our welfare. You could easily sense his interest in our family having a great time. We recommend staying at this property 100%. It's quiet and a 5 minute walk to the beach. There were 11 of us and it never felt crowded. The beds are comfortable and the place was very clean. We will be staying here again.
