This spacious four-bedroom, three-bathroom condo comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, offering the ideal setting for your next coastal getaway. Nestled along the scenic 30A, you'll enjoy direct access to Santa Rosa Beach’s powdery white sands, with charming local shops and top-notch restaurants just steps away.

From the moment you walk in, you’ll feel right at home. The open living area is perfect for relaxing, with plush sofas and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. Step out onto your private balcony and take in breathtaking panoramic Gulf views, ideal for sipping your morning coffee or sharing sunset cocktails. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a coffee maker, toaster, fridge with ice maker, and even a large wet bar to keep the good times flowing. The dining table seats eight, with additional seating for six more at the kitchen island, so everyone can gather comfortably. The sleeping arrangements are designed for ultimate comfort. The primary bedroom features a king bed, direct balcony access, and a TV, along with an ensuite bathroom with a spacious double vanity. The second bedroom also has a king bed, TV, and its own private bathroom. The third bedroom includes another king bed and TV, while the fourth is great for families or kids, offering two bunk beds (three twins and one full bed) and a shared bathroom.

A Benchmark initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods

We really enjoyed our stay. It's a clean spacious condo with a spectacular view. The beach is private and the included beach chairs were so convenient. It's a perfect location. Bike rental, shopping and restaurants are close by. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo is great. Well decorated. The view has to be one of best on the beach. It was the perfect size for 6 adults and 4 young kids. The location on 30A is very convenient without the crowds. The kitchen and bar are stocked with all the dishes and bar wary need need. We have been going to 30A for over 30 years. This was one of our best experiences.

This beachfront property was exactly what we needed for a getaway from a long Ohio winter. The condo was so spacious, very clean and stocked with all the kitchen essentials we needed. Really appreciated the included beach chairs and umbrellas. We came during spring break and there were LOTS of people encroaching on the private beach, but the beach attendants did their best to control this. The owner and manager were very responsive. We hope to be back!

The condo was perfect! It was just as advertised and we literally wanted for nothing. Great location! Super easy access to the beach. The beach attendants, Hill and Jake, took great care of us each day. Our group had four teenagers who took advantage of the beach and pool every day. We will definitely be staying here for our future vacations.

My family and I had a wonderful week at the beach. This condo has been our favorite thus far, and we come every year. We thought the beach was going to be more crowded than we would have hoped because the first day we were there, the attendant was not keeping people from the public beach access next to the condo out of the private side. We saw them enforcing it the next day, and the beach was a lot less crowded. Overall, would recommend.

This property was amazing! Spacious enough for our large family - 3 couples and grandkids! The bedroom layout is awesome!! King beds in each of the main 3 bedrooms and a fun bunk room for the kids. Master bedroom and bath was awesome! Large living room area with plenty of seating. Nice kitchen area with all amenities. Fantastic built in bar space! Balcony overlooking the gulf with plenty of seating! We can’t wait to come back next year!

We had a great time here! Condo was spacious and very well stocked with thoughtful items (fan, stepstool, night lights for the kids, black out curtains, hooks on every door for suits and towels, cocktail accessories, both a regular coffee maker and a keurig, several storage options and closets). We spent a lot of time hanging out on the patio, relaxing on the nice patio furniture, and watching the ocean. There were two beach chairs and an umbrella included through the beach rental company, but there were also several additional chairs and umbrellas in the condo that we used in addition to those. The beach access is limited to condo guests only, which meant we didn’t have to rush down early in the mornings to “claim” a spot on the beach. The pool was great for the kids. Location was great, with easy access to both Rosemary and Seaside. Parking was a breeze, and we really appreciated the condo providing several luggage carts and a huge rolling cart that was perfect for carrying up all your groceries and beverages in one trip! There is a Publix grocery store less than 7 minutes away, and a convenience store across the street. We will definitely be returning!

We had an awesome time. The view of the beach was spectacular! The condo was spacious and very well supplied with everything we needed. The condo was very dirty. Sand and hair everywhere, Mold in the shower. I cleaned the shower but only had a dust mop for the floors. I know it’s hard to get people to work sometimes. You need to pay for quality cleaning and have a system to check on things.

The place and location was amazing would have given 5 stars but had to check in 1.5 hours late because cleaners weren’t done and it still wasn’t fully clean. Other than that was an amazing stay and would definitely stay there again.

I was shocked when we walked in and saw all the sleeping space in this condo. We probably could've brought more people with us! :) We had everything we needed in this condo and I really wish I would've packed lighter for the trip. They let you use their beach chairs and have a closet with just about anything else you might need on the beach including umbrellas. The owner was really nice and in communication with me the duration of the stay. I'd definitely stay her again!

My husband and I brought 4 teens for their spring break. The condo was a great size for all of us to enjoy our own space. The VIEW is spectacular. You are on the BEACH. The bonus of the chairs and umbrella and the nice guys who monitor the area to keep it private, just wonderful. Easy access to restaurants, bikes, shopping, grocery store. The owners checked -in to make sure we were happy. A nice touch. Nothing broke. It was clean. The kitchen area is fantastic for dealing with a large group. We will be back. The Bynum's

Great spot within the Seaside area. Highly recommend. The condo was nicely decorated with all the amenities you would need for the beach or in kitchen. Great 3rd floor view from the balcony with a few steps to being on the private beach. Within walking distance of Goatfeathers. Minutes to downtown or Publix. We’ve stayed all thru 30A and this place is tops. We plan booking here again next year for our family trip.
