Here Comes the Sun is a luxurious vacation home with four bedrooms and two and a half baths. It boasts meticulously curated grounds, ample living and sleeping accommodations, multiple outdoor balconies, and stunning views. It can host up to twelve guests. Tucked in its own private world beside Stallworth Lake, guests will fall in love with the secluded location of this beach home. Live oaks and palm trees greet you upon arrival, and the contemporary Florida style immediately transports you to a vacation mindset. Inside, the first floor features an inclusive floorplan for the living, kitchen, and dining areas. The open kitchen is large and sunny with white cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances, marble-topped counters, and a gleaming breakfast bar and stool seating. Tucked in a dining nook, a cottage-styled table with four chairs and bench seating provide an intimate setting for vacation meals. The adjacent living room includes a white loveseat, accent chair, and a TV. Sliding glass doors open onto a shaded, wrap-around veranda. The veranda has plenty of outdoor seating, allowing guests to enjoy views of the lake and bask in the perfect tropical weather of the Gulf Coast.

The master suite is also located on the first level. It gives off a tropical ambiance and features a king-size bed, rustic dresser, and flatscreen TV. The master suite has access to a full en-suite bath, which has a soaking tub and walk-in shower.

On the second level, there are three guestrooms. One guest room boasts a king-size bed and flatscreen TV. The remaining guestrooms are bunkrooms, one of which has a queen bunk, while the other has two twin bunks. The guestrooms share access to a full hall bath with double vanities and a walk-in shower. This level also provides a bonus den that includes a cream couch, seafoam armchair, tropical pillows and decor, and a flatscreen TV. A sliding glass door leads to an upper-level viewing deck.

The home’s location near Stallworth Lake and Topsail Hill Preserve State Park ensures guests will enjoy the quiet privacy that this vacation residence provides. The coastal dune lake and state park offers unique recreation opportunities, such as fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, hiking, and wildlife viewing. Guests will find themselves minutes from the crystalline sands that characterize the Emerald Coast, making it easy to enjoy a day at the beach.
