As you make your way to the state of the art pool house, this home will truly feel like a private resort instead of your typical vacation rental on Highway 30A. Walking into the pool home, you will notice the gas grill, Ooni pizza oven, reverse osmosis drinking water fountain, Margaritaville blender, ice maker and full sized appliances. This pool home includes a half bathroom and is fully air conditioned and heated. Complete with a TV and indoor/outdoor surround sound powered by Sonos, this space is the perfect opportunity to get away from the sun, while still enjoying the feel of an indoor/outdoor kitchen.

Peaceful Easy Feeling has multiple king bedrooms (master on the second floor), 1 queen bedroom, and a bunk room with four bunks (8 twin beds). This home is complete with stunning gulf views on the balcony, alongside a rooftop bar with a TV & gas firepit table.

The master bedroom is directly located at the front of the house on the second floor as you enter from the stairway outside. Completed with a luxurious airy balcony that displays water views. The ensuite master bathroom has double vanities with large mirrors, modern tiling and walk in shower. As you make your way out of the master there is another king bedroom with a back balcony overlooking the stunning outdoor estate. This bedroom is accompanied with a walk in shower and large closet for guests.

As you make your way up to the third floor you will see a queen bedroom with a private bathroom and back balcony that also overlooks the incredible outdoor gathering space. Straight on is the modern kitchen with a large island and barstools. The kitchen hosts all new appliances such as a beverage fridge, oven, stand alone ice maker and a full sized fridge/freezer. To the left of the kitchen island there is the living room with comfortable couch seating and a large flat screen TV.

With a space truly meant for hosting, this home has a dining table that can seat 8 guests with views of the gulf coast. As you walk out onto the third floor front balcony there is a bed swing to enjoy your coffee, read a book or just take in the gulf breeze.

On the bottom floor, pool access and laundry room is located here with a bunk room that comfortably sleeps eight. Garage access is on the bottom floor as well. - No events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- No pet home. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the no pet policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges.

Pool/Spa: This home may have a private pool and/or spa. Seasonal pool/spa heating is available upon request for $65/day plus tax. These cannot be heated separately as the water flows from the spa into the pool. If one is heated, they are both heated. The maximum temp for the pool is 90 degrees. Maximum temp for spa is 100 degrees. Pool and/or spa heat is available from September through May.

Reservation/Booking Policy
- Minimum Age: All properties require a minimum of one adult over the age of 26 to be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
- Cleaning: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.
