Welcome to your perfect 30A getaway! Nestled in the heart of Seagrove Beach, this newly renovated 3BR/2BA top-floor condo at Beachside Villas unit 131 offers the ideal mix of beach access, resort-style amenities, and peaceful lake + Gulf views. Whether you're biking the scenic trail, hopping on the FREE beach shuttle, relaxing poolside, or catching sunset from your private balcony, this is the kind of place you’ll want to return to year after year.
Located in Seagrove Beach, Beachside Villas is one of the many hidden gems on the beaches of South Walton. This recently updated condo is located near one of the 2 pools in the complex. There is a golf cart trolley to/from the beach available for our guests at Beachside Villas from March through October. The complex also boasts tennis and shuffleboard courts and a clubhouse that is able to be reserved for group functions. Beachside Villas 1131 sleeps 6. 1 King size bed, 1 Queen, and 2 full-sized beds. Saturday to Saturday rental.

Seagrove Beach is "in the middle of it all" that Scenic 30A has to offer! Of course, the beautiful beaches are the top attraction, but Seagrove is also home to 2 coastal dune lakes (Eastern Lake and Deer Lake) that are perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, and eco-sploring. Just like the rest of 30A, Seagrove is also home to many locally owned restaurants showcasing the local catch, boutique and specialty shopping venues, several golf courses are nearby, and the convenience of a full-service Publix (grocery) store is tucked away behind the lush greenery the community has to offer. If all the above is not enough, then Destin, which is known as "the world's luckiest fishing village," is just about 20 miles to the west.
Beach Access Locations:
One at the end of San Roy Rd and the other at Walton Dunes Access. Beach service is available at Walton Dunes Access. We do not recommend using the beach access by building 6 due to the security guard posted by Sugar Dunes and the private homes. Guests should be made aware that this access is intended solely for reaching the Gulf. To set up on the beach, they will need to walk west past the private homes or east past Sugar Dunes.
Beach Trolley: There is a beach trolley that runs every 10-15 minutes throughout the day from 9-4 pm. Walton Dunes Public Beach Access is the only access that has a beach chair service.
AREA ATTRACTIONS:
This unit is located in the Beachside Villas of Seagrove Beach. This charming community has everything you need, including two heated pools, tennis courts (rackets and balls supplied by the HOA), a Pickle Ball court, and charcoal grills at every building along the green space facing the ocean. Seagrove Beach is one of the charming coastal communities that sit on 30A, nestled between Seaside and Watersound. Offers both “Lakelife” as well as “Saltlife”!
Enjoy several dining options just a walk or bike ride away from the 30A communities, such as Old Florida Fish House, Steamboat Grill, Buddy’s Seafood Market, and Kahve and Cream for your coffee and sweets.
The Big Chill offers something for folks of all ages and tastes, from tacos and tequila to wings, burgers, and shakes, a stop here is quick, tasty, and convenient, and comes with a side of entertainment at the outdoor amphitheater. It's a great place to catch a concert, sporting event, or a movie on the lawn.
The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
