A Benchmark initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Perfect views and beach access. It is a small condo but the space is maximized well. I appreciated how easy parking was and that it was just steps to the pool and beach. Benchmark contacted me prior to check in to answer any questions. It was great to be able to text with questions at anytime. If you are looking for views and steps to the sand this unit is perfect. I look forward to staying here again.

my daughter and her friends of course wanted to stay in seaside for easter break because like every 15/16 year old would say "everyone will be there"I am not a fan of crowds or of booking a beach vacation with no beachthis spot was perfect for both of us - it checked my box and hers the management staff was absolutely terrific I did not really need them but they checked on us daily I do not have one negative thing to say about this rental it was exactly how it was presented and I would stay there again in a secondfrom the cleanliness to the ample parking and beach set up - everything was just perfect thank you

We loved our stay at Beachcrest 302! The space was just as described and as expected, the view was amazing! We had all the furnishings we needed. The pool, beach and all the facility were great! Our only suggestion would be for a fresh coat of paint throughout. You could tell where patch jobs happened and other touch ups on dings etc. Overall we were very satisfied!

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The management company was very professional and we had very good customer service. Very easy access to the pool and beach. We would highly recommend Stinky’s and Shunk Gulley. We had amazing food at both restaurants!! There is a Publix right around the corner which was very convenient. We stayed at Wave & See - BeachCrest 302 and had a fabulous and relaxing stay. Benchmark Management was on site and very friendly. The condo unit is updated with newer LVP floors, new kitchen and bathroom cabinets and countertops and newer subway tile. We loved the cozy beach decor and the shiplap walls made it feel very on trend. The beds and furnishings were comfortable. We loved the convenience of daily beach chair and umbrella service. Perfect location and amazing oceanfront views. A few minor suggestions: the kitchen was well-stocked, however, I would suggest having an additional set of stainless silverware added as some of the set is missing pieces. The main screen door to the veranda/outdoor porch was difficult to close and needs oiling or adjustment. While the TVs are updated SMART TVs with streaming capabilities, it would be nice to have the owners provide a streaming service with local channels- YouTube, Hulu. We had no problem logging in with our own streaming choices but would have liked accessing local channels. Overall, I would highly recommend this unit.
